They’re two of biggest stars in Hollywood, so it seems like an unlikely feat that Jacob Elordi and Timothee Chalamet have both landed girlfriends from the most famous family in showbiz.
But it is indeed true, with sources sharing that Jacob has been dating Kendall Jenner for several months, emulating Timothee’s relationship with the model’s sister Kylie.
Indeed, there has certainly been overlap between Jacob and Timothee in terms of their Hollywood appeal, brand deals and awards success.
But now it seems they could come face-to-face in their personal lives, because they are both dating members of the Kardashian clan.
It will no doubt make for an exciting appearance at next month’s Met Gala, with Kendall and Kylie’s sister Kim Kardashian also in a romance with Formula One superstar Lewis Hamilton.
But how do Timothee and Jacob stack up in their various accolades, away from their glitzy roles on-screen?

HOLLYWOOD ROLES
When it comes to acting success, Timothee came first, as he broke onto the scenes with a critically acclaimed role in the indie film Call Me By Your Name.
He has since followed it up with roles opposite some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, landing a supporting part alongside Saoirse Ronan and Florence Pugh in Little Women, following by an appearance in Denis Villeneuve’s Dune trilogy.
Timothee has also widened his appeal with a family-friendly role as Willy Wonka, and has yet more big parts in the pipeline after praise for work in A Complete Unknown and Marty Supreme.
Jacob meanwhile, started his career on TV with a role in HBO’s Euphoria, which only began in 2019.
However, the heartthrob has built his own fanbase with quirky parts in films such as Saltburn and Priscilla, and cemented his heartthrob status earlier this year by starring opposite Margot Robbie in a steam adaptation of Wuthering Heights.
Timothee may be known for his distinct appearance, but Jacob showed he could impress without his hunky looks when he starred in Frankenstein last year.
OSCAR NOMINATIONS
Timothee has begun to build himself a wider awards portfolio, and has already landed four Oscar nominations, most recently for Marty Supreme earlier this year.
However, questions have been raised about his prospects of Oscar glory in the future, after Timothee sparked backlash with comments made while on his awards promotional trail.
Speaking at CNN/Variety town hall, Timothee stated that he didn’t want to work in either opera or ballet, as ‘no one cares about this anymore.’

He did try to soften his stance by saying, ‘All respect to the ballet and opera people out there,’ but still sparked complaints he was dismissing the art forms as outdated.
Timothee went on to miss out on his Best Actor nomination to Michael B Jordan, and his headline-making remarks made him ripe for the picking, as he was roasted by host Conan O’Brien during the ceremony.
In contrast, Jacob only has one Oscar nod so far, for his work in Frankenstein, and he was considered an outsider for the category from the start, meaning fans were delighted by the recognition.
With other big parts in the pipeline, it’s unlikely this will be Jacob’s last Oscar nod, and it won’t be long until he’s hot on Timothee’s tail with his awards cabinet.
BRAND DEALS
As two of Hollywood’s biggest names, it’s no surprise that Timothee and Jacob boast huge bank balances.
But in the numbers Timothee comes out on top, with a reported net worth of £21 million, compared to Jacob’s £3 million.
Timothee has landed brand deals for companies including Cartier, of which he was announced as an ambassador while sporting their pieces at the Venice Film Festival in 2021.
Last year, Timothee was also announced as the first ever global brand ambassador for Lucid Motors, and he was previously paid a reported $35 million to appear in a campaign for Bleu De Chanel.
Jacob has fronted campaigns for the luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta since 2024, and has also promoted the Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer.
The star has also promoted fashion houses BOSS and Calvin Klein.
KARDASHIANS THEY’RE DATING
Timothee has by far been part of the Kardashian clan for longer, as he and Kylie have been dating for three years.
Appearances of the couple together have been few and far between, with Kylie carefully selecting the times she’s supporting her man, even skipping red carpets in favour to sitting at his side at the Oscars last month.
Kylie also recently made rare comments about Chalamet during a podcast appearance, when she was asked to reveal which of her man’s films was her favourite.
‘That’s hard for me because I really love them all,’ she said before deciding her favourite was Call Me By Your Name.
Meanwhile Jacob and Kendall are still in the early stages of their romance, but Daily Mail has learned that the supermodel and the actor have already been dating for more than two months.
‘They have been together for a couple of months already, and it’s going well,’ a source told the Daily Mail.
‘They were an item as far back as early February, so it’s been a while. It helps that they have both been in Los Angeles a lot for the past couple of months, it has really given them time to bond.’
LINKS TO THE KARDASHIAN CLAN
While Timothee had been dating Kylie for several years, his welcoming into the Kardashian fold was far from instant.
In fact, sources told Daily Mail last year that when Kylie felt it was time for her boyfriend to meet her ‘momager’ Kris Jenner, she rented a private home in the remote Italian countryside to ensure it went smoothly.
A source told Daily Mail: ‘Kris, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall – they’d all met Timothee before but the relationship was very new at that point and they wanted to get to know him properly.

‘It wasn’t until Timothee went on that holiday with the girls and Kris – and a bunch of Kylie’s friends – that he was considered part of the family, it was sort of like an induction holiday.
‘And that’s really where Kylie and Timothee fell in love, they came back from that holiday a real couple. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other, kissing by the pool.’
Kylie’s half-sister Khloe has then appeared to show her approval of the romance, as she briefly mentioned the actor on a recent episode of their reality series The Kardashians.
Timothee is yet to appear on the show, but Khloe referenced Kylie’s new man while filming a promotional clip for Freaky Friday.
Saying she’d love to swap bodies with Kylie, ala the famous film, Khloe said she’d like to emulate her sisters’ love life, saying: ‘We’re not dating basketball players —we’re going to the games courtside, baby.’
The comment was a nod to the PDA-filled outings Kylie and Timothee had been seen on, where they regularly sat courtside for NBA games.
Jacob, is still building relations in the Kardashian clan, though sources have shared that he and Kendall were introduced by none other than Kylie.
‘Kylie was around Jacob a lot during Timothee [Chalamet’s] award season marathon because Jacob was nominated for Frankenstein and Timothee was nominated for Marty Supreme,’ a source told Daily Mail.
‘Kylie liked him and thought he would be good for Kenny so she was like, girl, get on it, date this guy already,’ added the insider.
Kendall had already been friends with Jacob for years and ‘was not sure if she wanted to keep him in the friend zone or not,’ the source shared. But Kylie pushed for a deeper relationship.
‘Kylie is the alpha sister and pushed Kenny to start a romance with Jacob because she wanted to set up double dates with Timothee,’ the source added.
‘She thought it would be fun if she and Timothee and Kenny and Jacob all hung out together.
‘Though Kylie is younger, she is really the leader between those two, she has dominant Leo energy for sure, while her sister is more casual.’
