Jack Whitehall’s mum Hilary is left despairing

Jack Whitehall’s mother Hilary was left raging after her funnyman son gave her incorrect information about his upcoming wedding.

The star, 37, is due to marry model Roxy Horner, 34, this weekend however Hilary has revealed she was left with something of an outfit conundrum.

The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden revealed Jack gave his mother a dress code ‘several weeks ago’ only for her to learn his instructions were incorrect.

She said: ‘When I asked Jack what the dress code was several weeks ago… he gave me the wrong dress code. I got the wrong dress, [then] the wedding invitation arrived with a completely different dress code on it. [Jack] said, ‘Sorry about that, Mumsy’.’

On Wednesday, bride-to-be Roxy shared a kiss with Jack as they hopped into a taxi ahead of their wedding. And preparations were in full swing as Roxy’s bridal gown was seen being carried out to the awaiting taxi.

Roxy was already in bridal mode as she donned a white T-shirt, baseball cap and belt which she teamed with light wash jeans.

The couple, who are proud parents to daughter Elsie, two, packed on the PDA as they said their final goodbyes before the big day.

Jack, who cut a casual figure in a beige jumper and black jeans, looked full of nervous excitement as he helped load suitcases into the taxi and his daughter’s pram.

Hilary’s fuming update comes after she lived it up with Roxy and the model’s friends and family at her raucous hen do earlier this month.

Two weeks ago Roxy enjoyed a boozy weekend in London, taking to Instagram to share the behind-the-scenes of her lavish girls’ night as she enjoyed karaoke, a private dinner and a dance lesson by ex Strictly pro Luba Mushtuk.

But it seems Roxy’s favourite part of the weekend was being surprised with a lap dance from a Magic Mike stripper as her jaw dropped as she was pulled up on stage.

The stunner shared her hilarious reaction to the shirtless stripper’s performance at the Hippodrome Casino as she sat front row with friends.

Elsewhere Roxy wowed in a plunging lace sheer dress as she danced the night away in a bar before enjoying karaoke at Bunga 90 with friends.

Her mother-in-law-to-be Hilary joined in on the jam-packed weekend and looked incredible in a pink sequin blazer and matching trousers.

Roxy looked to have the time of her life as she rocked a white ‘wife’ cowgirl hat as well as a number of other personalised bridal merchandise from Gigi and Olive.

The model also treated her hen party to gift bags from the brand and matching pyjamas as she decorated her hotel room at art’otel London Hoxton with ‘Marriage Material’ silver balloons.

Jack meanwhile gave the Daily Mail a shout out for helping piece together his ‘patchy’ memory of his stag do, telling Chris Moyles he started drinking at 11am.

The newly-announced SNL host enjoyed a wild night out with James Corden and Jamie Redknapp, stopping off at a mini-golf bar called Swingers and visiting a racy club.

The comedian and actor elaborated on some of the ‘unwise’ antics to Radio X.

Confessing that he started drinking Guinness at 11am and his memory was patchy, he described the celebration as ‘pretty tame’.

He said: ‘[it was] relatively sensible, it was pretty tame. I started with Guinness at about 11 o’clock in the morning. Which was not that wise. I have a sort of patchy memory about what sort of happened in the evening.

‘But luckily, it was all reported in the Daily Mail the following day so I got to wake up and literally get a blow-by-blow itinerary of what I was doing the night before.’

The couple are set to tie the knot two years after their engagement

He went on to say he was made to wear an inflatable crown, a Tottenham Hotspurs shirt and a cape for the outing. Jack kicked off Saturday’s festivities wearing a golden crown during a six-hour pub crawl through Soho.

He was joined on his stag by Redknapp, Corden and ex-rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio. James, 47, and Jamie, 52, were long-time colleagues of Whitehall on Sky’s sports-comedy panel show A League Of Their Own.

Their stag do reunion started at the Devonshire pub at 3pm, where Jack was clearly already in high spirits, raising glasses and laughing with his close-knit friends.

Their camaraderie was evident with pictures showing the group laughing and embracing each other.

By 5pm the party had moved to risque cabaret venue The Box in Soho, usually an evening-only venue, for what was thought to be a private show.

At 8.30pm the celebrations took a playful turn with a round of mini-golf at Swingers.

James briefly vanished for a couple of hours, sparking speculation that he might have stepped away to put his children to bed before returning to join the group.

The evening then continued at the Soho Hotel bar, with whispers that Whitehall may have been staying there, keeping the group together for late-night drinks.

Jack has been with Roxy since 2020 and the couple announced their engagement in 2024. A year earlier, in September 2023, they announced the birth of their first child.

It comes after her husband-to-be Jack enjoyed his stag do with celebrity pals including James Corden and Jamie Redknapp as they kicked-off drinking Guinness at 11am
