Umar Kamani has fled war-torn Dubai as he instead celebrated his birthday at Jennifer Lopez’s Las Vegas residency.
The PrettyLittleThing founder marked his 38th birthday at one of her sold-out concerts, which have been taking place at the iconic Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Snaps show the businessman backstage with Jennifer, 56, after the gig as they enjoyed a private meet and greet with the On The Floor singer.
Umar’s glamorous wife Nada was also in attendance dressed in white, wearing a woolen top and denim trousers for the night out.
JLo’s residency in Vegas has grossed over $100million across its 120 shows and her 12-date comeback to the venue has been one of the most in-demand tickets on the strip.
Umar and Nada’s exit from Dubai follows a wave of high-profile individuals and influencers leaving the luxury destination amid the current situation.
Two years ago Umar turned his attention from fashion to real estate as he set up his company Kamani Living in the UAE.
The boutique business’ headquarters spans two floors and is located in Dubai Hills Business Park, along with other property companies.
Previously speaking about his love for Dubai, Umar said in 2024: ‘Dubai has always been close to my heart. I’ve watched this city transform into one of the world’s most exciting destinations.
‘With Kamani Living, we aim to elevate the real estate experience for investors and buyers alike, blending trust, transparency, and unrivalled expertise.’
Umar launched Kamani Living following his success in the Dubai property market, where he sold a 30,000ft undeveloped ‘bunch of sand’ on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai for over £27m.
The fashion entrepreneur had bought the parcel of land just two years prior for a modest £16.1million, making a total profit of around £12million with the sale.
Meanwhile, Rio Ferdinand and his wife Kate are the latest stars to finally leave Dubai.
Last Saturday, Ferdinand posted a picture of himself bare-chested on his socials, sipping a bottle of Portuguese Super Bock beer on a sun-kissed terrace and wrote: ‘That feeling when Liverpool + Chelsea drop points in the race for the top 4’.
The ex-Old Trafford and England legend added two clinking beer glass emojis before signing off saying: ‘Happy Saturday people!’
The selfie was taken at the villa the star owns on the Algarve near Quinta do Lago where he runs summer football camps, and where he and Kate spent last summer on holiday with their children.
Meanwhile, former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman, who only recently relocated with her family, has also fled.

The 39-year-old actress – who recently appeared on the cover for Vogue Arabia – was spotted in New York alongside husband Bader Shammas and their son Luai.
