A charming scene. But was it also a deliberate act of provocation – even cruelty – after Gruffudd’s very public divorce from his ex of 13 years, Alice Evans?

But what about Ioan’s two daughters with Alice, 57 – who have suffered intense emotional distress since dad dumped mum for a woman almost half her age?
Imagine how Ella, 16, and Elsie, 12, must have felt when they saw Bianca’s post even as their mum is still locked in a legal battle with their father. In 2023 Ella accused Bianca of ‘abuse’ in court documents, alleging she had ‘slammed a door’ on her head and left her with ‘bruises’.
A few years ago, Alice accused Bianca of wanting ‘to put a stake through my heart’ after Bianca posted a loved-up picture of her with Ioan. Surely Bianca knew this latest post would only inflame the situation. Or was she just trying to boost her paltry Insta profile? Didn’t Ioan even think of the trauma it would cause?
His biggest Hollywood role was playing Mr Fantastic in the Marvel movie Fantastic Four.

Outfit’s too Lo cut
A bit surprising that Indian billionaires Netra Mantena and Vamsi Gadiraju chose a semi-naked J Lo to perform at their £5million wedding.
J-Lo, who was paid $2million, wore an eye-watering tiny gold outfit barely covering her nipples, with a cheese-wire crotch, while the happy couple and their families were fully covered in traditional outfits.
J-Lo gushed: ‘God bless us all!’ Maybe she should have added, ‘and God forgive us’ after social media was deluged with complaints of cultural insensitivity.
After the end of Jeff Brazier’s marriage to Kate Dwyer, sources close to his sons Freddy and Bobby meanly say they saw her as ‘dad’s partner’ and weren’t close to her. Frankly, Kate deserves a medal for enduring that marriage for so long, mopping up the emotional disaster their chaotic mother Jade Goody’s death left behind. The good news is Kate owes nothing to her ungrateful stepchildren so she can get on with the happy life she deserves.

- No solace for habitual liar Rachel Reeves as even the Guardian described her betrayal Budget as ‘more like Operation Save Our Skins’ and ‘enough for this historically unpopular pair [her and Starmer] to stay in Downing Street a while longer’.
- A Fiery performance from Kemi Badenoch replying to the Budget, but I wish she’d quit with the finger-pointing. An angry woman jabbing her finger in your face, even if it is only on TV, is a turn off.
- Meanwhile polls show that, amid the disgust with Reeves’ Budget and the impotence of the Tories, Reform would win the most seats if an election were held today. A sobering thought.
After a procedure where his blood is removed, rinsed, filtered and replaced, Simon Cowell, 66, says he is ageing backwards. Silly sausage. Despite all his Botox he still has a wobbly turkey neck (heartening, since it shows it’s not just us women who suffer from it), although maybe the technique is working in places. Si does have weirdly youthful ears.

Hurrah for Brit Andrea Thompson. After losing to 6ft 5in, 400lb Jammie Brooker in the World’s Strongest Woman competition, it emerged he was a biological male – so he was stripped of his/her/their title. Why do blokes compete with women? Because if they faced up to a man they’d be crushed.

Now Alex Kingston has dislocated a rib but vows to keep on dancing with other professionally trained celebs.
At 62, Alex is not only the oldest but also the only celebrity who fulfils the Strictly promise of a complete amateur being taught to dance like a swan. So let’s all vote for her tomorrow.

A happy moment in London when I saw protesting farmers’ tractors hove into view and folk lining the street in solidarity. Of course, farmers were arrested – while cops let off loony Extinction Rebellion vandals with a slap on the wrist.
