Palace Confidential host Jo Elvin asks royal expert, Richard Kay about the roles Prince Edward and Princess Anne are likely to play as their brother faces yet another scandal.

Having been forced to give up his Duke of York title – following fresh scandals over his friendship with Epstein and his relationships with suspected Chinese spies –  Prince Andrew is facing a possible parliamentary inquiry into his living arrangements.
