Shaughna Phillips has revealed she has lost 9kg in four months as she showed off her impressive weight loss in new before and after Instagram videos.
The Love Island star, 31, has been on a very public weight loss journey and has previously lost five stone after welcoming her two children Lucia and Sofia.
Now in a new update, Shaughna revealed she started her new fitness journey in January and shared her progression after commiting to going to the gym three to four times a week and concentrating on a healthy protein based diet.
Sharing candid before and after videos of her progression, the TV personality looked incredible as she explained she is ‘roughly halfway to where she wants to be’ and started her fitness journey to be able to look after her daughters in an emergency.
She said: ‘PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION. Was SO hesitant about sharing these as I know weight loss at the minute seems to be everywhere, but I wanted to share my progress with you rather than doing it all behind the scenes.
‘1st clip ➡️ November 2025 (straight after birth). 2nd clip ➡️ January 2026 (just before I decided to completely overhaul the way I eat). 3rd clip ➡️ April 2026.
‘I’m roughly half way to where I want to be. I’ve lost 20lb since Sofia’s birth, I’ve been the most consistent I’ve ever been in my life! Gym 3/4 times a week is a non negotiable, even when I’m not feeling it, and 90% of my diet is ultra processed free.
‘Focussing mainly on my protein intake with every meal, not starving myself, not restricting myself and not beating myself up if I go over my calorie deficit every now and then.’
Shaughna proudly showed off her cellulite and opened up about having a lipoedema flare up which she it trying to not let it ‘get her down’.
She continued: ‘I’ve had a little bit of a lipoedema flare up in my arms but I’m trying not to let it get me down or undo all the progress I’ve made with lipoedema.
‘Anyway, I wanted to show you this, cellulite and all. A body that’s grown 2 babies in 3 years, weathered some pretty rough storms, but still showing up and still trying to be stronger than I was the day before.
‘My fitness goals are: Can I pick both of my kids up in an emergency if I need to? Can I run to my kids and get to them as quickly as possible? Can I choke out a man should the opportunity, sorry I mean situation arise?’
In January, Shaughna showcased her impressive five-stone weight loss in a throwback before-and-after bikini-clad video shared on Instagram.
The reality star looked sensational in a bold pink bikini as she documented her transformation over a 14-month period.
In the before clip, Shaughna posed from the front and side while wearing a bandeau bikini, revealing to followers that she previously weighed 97kg.
The video then cut to an after clip showing Shaughna confidently modelling a halterneck bikini top and matching bottoms, proudly displaying her trim figure after dropping to 61kg.
Plugging her workout plan, she captioned the before-and-after with: ‘I NEED this in my life guys! Which is why … we’re bringing it BACK!!
‘After telling you all I was kickstarting shred it again for myself, I was blown away by how may of you wanted to join me, so consider the doors to the Shred It Plan club WIDE OPEN.
‘As you probs remember, I managed to get into the best shape of my life last year following this plan – losing FIVE and a HALF STONE f**! It was NOT a quick fix – it took over 14 months to get there.
‘So after dropping 5 dress sizes and deciding to add to my girl squad – here I am ready to shred like I’ve never shred before.’
It comes after she hit back at trolls last year who claimed she used weight loss jab Ozempic as she proudly showed off her dramatic weight loss to fans.
The TV personality previously lost almost six stone and has been open about her weight loss journey while flaunting her slimmed-down figure.
Taking to Instagram at the time, the mother-of-two shared a striking before-and-after clip of herself in a vibrant hot pink bikini.
In the video, she transitioned from a glum pose in her bedroom to confidently spinning in her kitchen, revealing her new sculpted physique.
In a detailed caption accompanying the post, the reality star hit back at critics and shared more insight into her weight loss journey.
She wrote: ‘NO-zempic here guys! Just an incredible eating and exercise plan. And it didn’t happen that quickly either.’
‘It actually took me over a year to lose 5 and a half Stone. And I did NOT do it alone – I had great help. But not from any kind of weight loss injection or pill. Sad that you can’t lose weight naturally now without people saying that btw.’
‘So I do understand why there are comments saying that and I would never knock anyone for taking them but it’s just not how I’ve chosen to do this. The game changer for me was the nutrition plan.’
‘I get to eat MORE now – I often used to go all day without eating and then eat cr@p in the evenings. Now I’m eating throughout the day. Also instead of doing an hour’s workout and thinking that will fix my disordered eating – I just do short 12 minute workouts.’
‘And yes I have loose skin – but who wouldn’t after losing 5 and a half Stone and giving birth to an 8 lb 8 ounce baby! But I’m fitter than I’ve ever been.’
