Robert Irwin fans outraged over his score on Dancing With The Stars

Robert Irwin wowed his fans in his latest performance on Dancing With The Stars on Tuesday night.

The 21-year-old and his dance partner Witney Carson ripped through an impressive Paso Doble set to The White Stripes’ Icky Thump for the show’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night.

Those tuning in at home were convinced that the Wildlife Warrior would land a perfect score – but he managed 38 points.

It was a tie with the week’s best performance, but that was not enough to satiate Robert’s vocal fans, who voiced their concerns on social media.

‘Give this man his Mirrorball! So tired of the judges robbing him of a perfect score,’ wrote one person on X.

‘I feel rage baited with these scores! So good,’ another person wrote, with one more saying, ‘Give this man all the 10s. This was so good.’

‘Best dance of the night in a night of great dancing!’ said someone else, with another posting, ‘No way they can top that. Truly talented.’

‘Okay Robert Irwin, that dance was INSANE. Winner incoming,’ one more chimed in.

After his performance, Robert told Entertainment Tonight the sizzling dance was fraught with danger.

‘I almost died tonight. I choked on a piece of confetti after the team dance. I inhaled it. I couldn’t breathe. I’m not even kidding,’ he shared.

It comes after Robert shocked fans by performing a Halloween-themed dance that left both judges and audiences in awe last week.

The celebrity conservationist took to the stage to perform to a haunting rendition of the classic song Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).

Irwin looked dashing in a gothic-inspired costume as he portrayed a conductor who brings his partner back to life during a terrifying night out.

At one point, Robert’s face was soaked with fake blood and he appeared equally gruesome and terrifying as he performed his electrifying dance for the crowd.

The performance earned near-perfect scores from the judges, as Robert was awarded a total of 38 out of 40.

One of the judges described the routine as ‘powerful and magnetic,’ as they gushed over the breathtaking performance.

Impressed viewers took to social media to praise Robert’s captivating – and ghoulish – performance.

‘Imagine turning the channel and seeing Australia’s sweetheart Robert Irwin covered in blood with no context,’ one person wrote.

‘Omg THE BLOOD WHAT,’ a second added, with one more chiming in, ‘Crikey that was good!’
