It’s been a busy few weeks for Spencer and Vogue who were in Cannes for the Film Festival over the weekend.
The pair joined the likes of Nicky Rothschild at the premiere of The Beloved on Saturday night.
Last month, Vogue and Spencer revealed that they were expecting their fourth child together.
The couple shared their pregnancy news with their social media followers, alongside sweet snaps of them from their family trip to St Barts.
In a series of sweet beach snaps, Vogue showed off her growing bump in a black and white bikini and matching sarong, while Spencer gazed adoringly at her.
Beaming for the cameras on the white sandy beach with their three children, the couple wrote: ‘BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING… ❤️❤️.’
Vogue previously said that she ‘had her reasons’ for keeping her fourth pregnancy a secret – after revealing she suffered ‘heartbreaking’ miscarriages.
On the latest episode of her podcast Vogue & Amber – recorded the day she made the announcement – she admitted that she felt ‘nervous’ and under ‘a lot of pressure’ ahead of her Instagram post.
She said: ‘To be honest with you I had my own reasons for wanting to keep it a secret because I was nervous about what was going to happen and everything like that.

Despite admitting she was gutted to have missed out on hosting Strictly, Zoe appeared in high spirits
‘I wanted to go see my doctor first because I just needed to make sure everything is okay again before I do.
‘But like the amount of people that, and I know it is a really exciting thing, but the amount of people that have been asking me about it that I don’t know…
‘People will say it when they’re ready to say it and need to say it. And there’s obviously reasons behind people not wanting to say it and I had my own reasons.
‘And I just felt a lot of pressure when I was away [in St Barts] because obviously my boobs are like Amber’s boobs now, they’re massive! Everyone’s like “oh, she’s had a boob job!”
‘But no, it’s very exciting news! It is the fourth and final, that is it.’
She later added: ‘So yeah, it’s very exciting news and I feel fantastic now. I felt like utter trash bag at the start like always.’

Meanwhile British supermodel Kate Moss was also in attendance, where renowned floral nursery Peter Beales Roses will launch a number of special roses across the coming week – including one dedicated to Kate, 52.
The white and lemon flower, named after the catwalk legend, will debut at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show alongside a second rose, cultivated to celebrate the 20th anniversary of The One Show.
Norfolk-based Peter Beales’ describes the ‘Kate Moss’ as a ‘study in modern elegance’ that ‘speaks directly to the sensibilities of today’s cultural landscape. It is a rose for those who appreciate understatement over excess; refinement over spectacle.’
Kate, who has already posed for a home photoshoot with the new rose, was on hand for demure set of pictures as this year’s event prepares to get underway.
‘Peter Beales naming a rose after me feels beautifully strange – knowing I could bloom quietly in someone’s garden somewhere,’ she said, shortly after news of her flower was announced.

The ‘Kate Moss’ rose will compete as an entry in this year’s Plant of the Year Competition.
Elsewhere at the venue, The One Show hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp revealed a special Peter Beales rose to celebrate 20 years of the programme.
The flower was bred and cultivated by Peter Beales Roses over 10 years and commemorates two decades of the popular BBC One show, with a proportion of sales of the bloom going towards Children In Need.
