Princess Eugenie attends private dinner for Dubai-based company

Princess Eugenie attends private dinner for Dubai-based company,

Princess Eugenie showcased her growing baby bump earlier this week as she left an exclusive Mayfair members’ club following a Dubai-based company’s private dinner.

The youngest daughter of disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was spotted leaving Oswald’s on Tuesday with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, after attending a dinner party for Discovery Dunes.

Described as ‘Dubai’s first private members-only golf residential community for families’, Jack, 40, works in marketing and sales for Discovery Land Company, who are helping to develop the multi-million-dollar luxury community.

The couple were joined by filmmaker Guy Ritchie and his wife, Jacqui Ainsley, while former England cricketer Freddie Flintoff and his spouse were also spotted departing the prestigious venue.

It is one of the few times Eugenie has been spotted publicly amid the ensuing controversies surrounding her parents’ ties to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and since the news that she’s expecting her third child.

For the occasion, the princess opted for a small black cocktail dress with heels and Sophie Lis earrings, alongside a bold pop of colour with a pre-loved silky red Galvan coat.

The stylish item was previously worn by the princess at a premiere in 2018, while her older sister, Princess Beatrice, went on to borrow the same coat the following year.

Eugenie, 36, has extensive business and social ties to the Middle East and was reportedly spotted with her mother, Sarah Ferguson, in the United Arab Emirates earlier this year.

It comes amid a misconduct in public office probe into the former Duke of York has broadened to consider a wide range of offences, including sexual misconduct and corruption.

Three months after the former Duke of York was arrested over claims that he leaked secrets to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein during his decade as the UK’s trade envoy, officers are now interviewing witnesses about suspected criminal offences.

Thames Valley Police will today make a public appeal for potential ‘victim survivors’ to come forward.

It comes after the force identified ‘multiple lines of inquiry’ in what is being described as a ‘significant investigation’.

Police have seized evidence in a raid of Andrew’s former home at Royal Lodge, Windsor, and his new property on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, which officers are now said to be ‘carefully working through’, it is understood.

The major update follows the release of new documents yesterday relating to Andrew’s appointment as trade envoy.

They revealed that the late Queen was ‘very keen’ for her son to take on a ‘prominent role in the promotion of national interests’ when her cousin, the Duke of Kent, stepped down from the role.

In February, Eugenie appeared for the first time since the new Epstein files engulfed the former House of York for a high-end contemporary art fair in Doha as part of her role as a director of art dealer Hauser & Wirth.

Despite the deepening scandal, Eugenie smiled as model Caroline Daur, 30, put a comforting arm around the princess, who along with her older sister Beatrice was dragged into Epstein’s orbit by their mother and father.

I know the moment the Royal Family started to question Meghan’s motivations

Earlier this month, Eugenie, who is 12th in the line of succession, announced that she and Jack were expecting their third child with an adorable image of their two sons – taken from above so their faces can’t be seen – holding a picture of a baby scan.

Buckingham Palace officials also revealed the couple’s sons August, five, and Ernest, two, are ‘very excited’ to welcome a younger sister or brother to the family.

A Buckingham Palace statement said: ‘Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their third child together, due this summer.

‘August (aged five) and Ernest (aged two) are also very excited to have another sibling join the family.

‘His Majesty The King has been informed and is delighted with the news.’

The baby, who will not be an HRH, will be born 15th in line to the throne, with their great-uncle, the Duke of Edinburgh, moving down to 16th place.

The announcement from Buckingham Palace will be seen as a show of support for Eugenie, despite the troubles surrounding her father.

King Charles also showed his personal support for his niece and her husband by adding that he is ‘delighted’ – but there was no mention of the child’s grandparents in the 52-word statement.

For the occasion, Eugenie opted for a small black cocktail dress with heels and Sophie Lis earrings. She added a bold pop of colour to the chic look with a pre-loved silky red Galvan coat

The announcement from the monarch’s own office – which was shared on the official Royal Family social media feeds – shows that Eugenie will not be punished for the sins of her parents.

Andrew – the King’s brother – was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office in February amid the scandal surrounding his friendship with the late paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Eugenie and her sister Beatrice stayed away from the traditional royal gathering on Easter Sunday, with the agreement of Charles, amid the furore over their father.

The princesses, who are granddaughters of the late Queen Elizabeth II, have faced scrutiny themselves after their names appeared in the Epstein files, the US Department of Justice’s document dump relating to the convicted sex offender.

One email exchange suggested their mother Sarah took her daughters to see Epstein in the US days after he was released from prison for child sex crimes.

Eugenie and Beatrice were 19 and 20 at the time.

And while the two sisters have tried to keep a low profile amid the ensuing scandal, the pair have been spotted mixing among pop royalty and A-listers in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, Eugenie and Beatrice attended Poppy Delevingne’s star-studded 40th birthday party in London alongside their husbands.

Eugenie’s baby bump was proudly on show beneath a black dress paired with an electric purple mac, and Jack beamed as he walked at her side.

Despite the problems caused by their errant parents, Andrew and Fergie, her older sister Beatrice was also all smiles as she walked into the Hart pub with her spouse Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Eugenie and Beatrice were also spotted enjoying the spring sunshine in central London last month after a lunch together at the exclusive and chichi Soho Mews House in Mayfair.

Hours later a happy Eugenie, 36, was all smiles again as she enjoyed a date night with her husband Jack Brooksbank, 39, at a Michelin-starred bistro in Notting Hill.

The restaurant, a modern bistro in the heart of Notting Hill, is run by chef-owner Max Coen.

Eugenie clearly enjoyed her night and was all smiles as she left with her husband and got into the back of a black cab with friends.

A royal source recently told the Daily Mail that ever-dutiful Beatrice, in particular, has found herself walking a tightrope, torn between filial loyalty and a desire to preserve her own status within the Royal Family as ninth in line to the throne.

The more feisty Eugenie, meanwhile, is said to have taken a harder line against her beleaguered father – although there were reports she helped her mother with a place to stay in Doha during a work trip in February.

It has been a busy time for Eugenie, who was spotted at a high society wedding in Sicily a week ago.

The princess attended the wedding of hotel tycoon Sir Rocco Forte’s son Charles and handbag designer Georgie Wright, which took place at the Cathedral of Monreale on Saturday, April 25.

The daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was pictured at the hotel Villa Igiea in Palermo in the background of photographs shared by socialite Jazzy de Lisser.

Eugenie could be seen speaking with guests and wearing a black gown while looking at the bride.

She has been keeping a low profile since shameful revelations about her parents emerged when the Epstein files were released in January.
