He famously postponed his wedding to shoot the latest series of The White Lotus but the Daily Mail can reveal that Patrick Schwarzenegger is officially a married man.
Exclusive Daily Mail photos show the moment the handsome 31-year-old said ‘I do’ to his glamorous blonde bride Abby Champion in an intimate lakeside ceremony.
The pair tied the knot in an afternoon wedding at the ultra-exclusive Gozzer Ranch country club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Model Abby wore a romantic full-skirted sleeveless cream dress complete with a full length veil while new husband Patrick was dapper in a cream tuxedo teamed with a set of black dress pants.
The wedding took place on a bluff overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene in front of guests that included Patrick’s actor dad Arnold, 78.
Former California governor Arnold – known at the ‘Governator’ during his time in office – was accompanied by ex-wife Maria Shriver, 69, who was resplendent in a crimson dress.
Also on hand to celebrate the big day were Abby’s parents Greg and Laura with the latter seen posing for photos in a billowy lilac gown.
Other guests included Patrick’s sister Katherine, 35, and her husband Chris Pratt, 46, as well as Abby’s model sister Baskin.
Bridesmaids were dressed in ultra-fashionable buttermilk yellow gowns while Patrick’s 11 groomsmen wore smart black tuxedos.
The couple have been in Idaho since at least Thursday and were spotted enjoying themselves on the lake on Friday.
Patrick was seen getting a respite from the 89-degree heat by floating in the lake while now-wife Abby was spotted posing with a friend during a speedboat trip.
Weddings at Gozzer Ranch – a private members-only golf and country club – start at $20,000 for a three-day shindig.
Like Patrick and Abby, most couples who choose to wed at the ranch do so at the ranch’s Lake Club which sits atop a basalt rock bluff overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene.
Other options include a golf tee with panoramic views of the lake and a bucolic private orchard.
Although dad Arnold owns a ranch of his own in Ketchum, Idaho, Patrick and Abby regularly vacation at Gozzer Ranch and were photographed sunning themselves on the lake in July 2022.
On that occasion, the pair were joined by Patrick’s younger brother Christopher and family friends Olivia Jade Giannulli, 25, and her sister Isabella, 26.
The big day was the latest in a series of wedding festivities enjoyed by the couple – starting with the Alabama-born beauty’s bachelorette.
That took place in Rosemary Beach – a tony Florida beach town on the Panhandle, known for its white sugar sand shoreline.
Photos posted by Abby to her Instagram account showed the bride and her bachelorettes enjoying a wholesome program of bike rides and beach time, as well as a party night at a local bar.
Props included cutouts of now-husband Patrick’s face as well as bachelorette favors that included crystal and gold friendship bracelets and products from swanky beauty brands Barefaced and Ilia.
The now married couple have been together since 2015 and announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post in December 2023 that was captioned: ‘FOREVER AND EVER’.
Earlier this year, Patrick said the pair would have married sooner had it not been for him snagging the coveted role of Saxon Ratliff in the third season of cult classic The White Lotus.
Speaking during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in May, Patrick said: ‘Finally, a year and a half ago we got engaged. And it was our moment; it was this great thing.
‘And a few days later, I booked White Lotus, and I was like, ‘Abby, I know we’re in this high of engagement, and we’re gonna get married this year.
‘But we’re going to have to push it. I got White Lotus, and I’m going to film for the next seven months in Thailand.’
Luckily for the 31-year-old, his new wife was supportive of the move and happy to postpone their big day.
Patrick told Barrymore: ‘She was so happy. She was ecstatic because she was a huge fan.’
During the same interview, he gushed over Champion and admitted she was on a date with someone else when they first met.
He said: ‘We met through… She was actually on a date with another friend of mine, and I went to the date.
‘Everything was kosher per se. And at first, she blew me off for a while, and then finally we got to go on a date.’
He added: ‘Over the course of the years, I just continuously fell in love with her more and more, with the kind of human that she was becoming and that the relationship was becoming.’
