Made In Chelsea’s Ruby Adler flashes her huge diamond engagement ring

Made In Chelsea star Ruby Adler flashed her huge diamond engagement ring as she celebrated her reality star fiancé Gavin Rubinstein’s proposal on Wednesday.

Luxe Listings Sydney star Gavin, 38, has had a whirlwind romance with reality star Ruby, 31, since they split from their exes last year.

And on Wednesday they announced their engagement as they posed on a luxury yacht together.

Now her pals Melissa Tattam and Tia De Haan have shared new snaps showing a closer look at her diamond ring.

Her fellow ex Made In Chelsea star pal Melissa shared a snap having a celebratory drink with Ruby after her engagement. 

While her pal Tia shared a screenshot of a FaceTime call with Ruby when she shared the good news with her and flaunted the ring.

Luxe Listings Sydney star Gavin, 38, has had a whirlwind romance with reality star Ruby, 31, since they split from their exes last year and they are now engaged 

Luxury real estate agent Gavin confirmed the news on Tuesday, saying Ruby would be taking his last name to become Ruby Rubinstein, according to Realestate.com.au. 

‘We’re yet to set the date, but we’re going to enjoy our engagement,’ The Rubinstein Group co-founder told the publication.

The couple, who have been living together in Sydney for almost a year, are expected to spend some time in London with Ruby’s family. 

They are then believed to be taking a European holiday to celebrate, after re-connecting in Europe during summer last year.

Daily Mail has reached out to Ruby and Gavin for further comment.

It comes after Daily Mail’s own Lucy Manly predicted the happy couple would soon be engaged when Ruby began removing the tattoos from her hand.

The British reality star revealed earlier this year that she had plans to remove 80 per cent of her hand tattoos, particularly those on her engagement finger.

News that Ruby and Gavin were dating first emerged in June last year when the Made in Chelsea star was accused of cheating on her co-star Reza Amiri with the agent.

News that Ruby and Gavin were dating first emerged in June last year when the Made in Chelsea star was accused of cheating on her co-star Reza Amiri (right) with the agent. However, Ruby has since denied these claims

The couple, who had been in an on/off relationship for ten years, appeared to commit to each other for the long term in the 2025 season of the show, which aired in May.

But just days after the season wrapped in April, Ruby flew to Los Angeles, where she spent time with multimillionaire luxury real estate agent Gavin.

However, Ruby quickly put an end to the rumours, telling the Private Parts podcast in June that she and Reza were never in a committed relationship.

Reza and Ruby met back in 2014 through mutual friends as they enjoyed the nightlife in London’s West End.

They joined Made in Chelsea together in 2019, starring alongside close friends Sam Thompson, Sophie Habboo and Melissa.

Ruby has since left the series. 

Meanwhile, Gavin, the star of Prime Video’s Luxe Listings Sydney, had been single since April 2025 following his split from model girlfriend Holly Young. 

Ruby and Gavin first met more than a decade ago when they were on separate holidays in Mykonos.  

‘We were on separate holidays staying at the same hotel and then we just reconnected recently. I was like 19 when I met him,’ she said last year.

‘He’s like a familiar face, which is quite nice actually.’
