Luisa Zissman stopped off in the Maldives for a weeks holiday amid her ‘manic’ move to Dubai with her family after growing tired of the UK’s weather and escalating crime.

The Apprentice star, 38, took to Instagram on Saturday, telling fans that despite the relocation being permanent, she was ruling out selling the family’s £7.5M Hertfordshire mansion which she’s nicknamed Champneys 2 – after the luxury spa.

Relaxing in the sunshine Luisa lifted the lid on the ‘stressful’ move with five of her pet horses as well as two nannies, who are also joining the family in Dubai.

Luisa previously revealed that she was moving with two of her three kids, to join her Irish millionaire husband Andrew Collins who has already relocated from the UK.

Explaining that her eldest daughter, 15-year-old Dixie, who she shares with her ex-husband Oliver Zissman, will remain in the UK and finish her education at her boarding school.

In her latest post Luisa said: ‘It’s been manic navigating our move to Dubai, kids schools, moving 5 horses (the most stressful part!), packing boxes & shipping them, arranging visas for our lovely nanny’s both are relocating with us!’.

‘And now it’s time to relax in the Maldives for a week before we head to our new home in Dubai, so excited for this next chapter in our adventure!’.

She went on: ‘Also some answers to Q’s I keep getting; LuAnna [Her podcast with Anna Williamson] is NOT stopping. [My Mum] is not moving with us (but has a bunch of flights booked to come out and visit)’

‘We are keeping Champneys 2. Yes it’s a permanent move in the sense that it’s not for winter only & will be our home for the foreseeable. Over & Out England’.

With ten bedrooms and 2.8 acres of grounds, Luisa employs 15 staff including gardeners, housekeepers, nannies and an estate manager to look after the family and the home.

Back in March The Apprentice star was involved in an extraordinary bust-up with a YouTuber after he tried to fly a drone over her country estate.

The mother-of-three confronted the content creator known as ‘H Audit’ after he travelled to her sprawling property because he ‘found it online’ and liked ‘the beauty of it’.

The extraordinary bust-up went viral after Luisa threatened to ‘shoot down’ his drone before both made common assault allegations to police.

She then took to her Instagram page to publicly name the YouTuber before making a £500 offer to the person who could tell her his address as it’s ‘cheaper me doing this than paying lawyers to do it’.

Luisa later told her 688,000 followers she had ‘just been to Harry’s house’ as she warned: ‘Oh this petty Polly will not let sleeping dogs lie.’

The Youtuber who was identified as Harry Holton was warned by police after the confrontation. He is part of a worrying new trend known as ‘auditing’ that sees creators harass innocent landowners and security guards on private property to create controversial videos.

On Friday Luisa revealed her five horses have landed safely in Dubai after she paid an estimated £25,000 to fly them there.

Sharing an update on social media last week, Luisa told fans that five of her horses were ready to fly out as part of the ‘big relocation to Dubai for us all’.

And on Friday, Luisa revealed that her horses Cherry, Champ, Clemmie, Oreo and Jupi had landed safely after travelling with Fly Equitrans on Emirates Airlines.

It is estimated that Luisa would have paid around £25,000 to fly all of our horses to her new home.

For some other people who have transported their horses from the UK to Dubai, they have revealed on forums that it costs around £5,000 per horse to make the trip.

But depending on routes taken, the company and airline chosen, and whether your horse is in a private or shared stalls on the plane – it can cost as much as £25,000 for one single animal.

Ahead of the flight, Luisa shared a clip of her horses being walked into shared metal stalls which were then closed and driven over to the aircraft to be moved onto the plan.

‘Bon voyage my babies have a safe flight – see you in the sunshine. I love you,’ she wrote.
