Lottie Tomlinson wows on holiday with Lewis Burton and their kids

They have been soaking up the sun on an idyllic family holiday in Marbella.

And Lottie Tomlinson and her fiancé Lewis Burton continued their vacation on Saturday, as the couple were seen relaxing on the beach.

The fake tan mogul, 27, looked sensational in a black bikini with thin straps and low-cut bottoms as she larked by the sea alongside the former tennis player, 33, and their kids son Lucky, two, and Flossie Grace, six months.

The family larked around on the sand before Lottie stole a moment to herself as she reclined on the sand to help top up her tan.

As well as sun-seeking, the family were also feeling playful as they tossed the kids into the air before Lottie held Flossie Grace on her hip.

The stunner previously revealed she has found it ‘hard’ looking at her body following her pregnancy as she opened up on the ‘painful’ struggles of breastfeeding.

Lottie revealed during an Instagram Q&A session that she has found her self image difficult to deal with following her pregnancy.

Answering a follower, who asked if she was struggling with her body image, Lottie explained that it can be hard looking at her body after gaining pregnancy weight.

Alongside a mirror selfie, she penned: ‘I can’t lie it is hard to look at your body after birth and gaining a lot of weight. I definitely accept it more this time round but it’s hard to know how to dress and feel nice.

‘I feel like I still just want to be in my pjs 24/7 but I’m only a few weeks PP so I’m trying to relax with it but I’m excited to get back to myself, start my fitness journey again. New mums be gentle with yourself it’s not easy’.

Lottie and Lewis’ appearance comes after Lottie’s health scare in Abu Dhabi in June.

Lottie, who is one of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson’s sisters, said she started to feel unwell on the plane there, with stomach pains getting worse before she eventually vomited.

After landing in Abu Dhabi with her model fiancé and their children, Lottie went to see a doctor and was put on a drip – but when it didn’t help the pain she was sent to hospital where it was discovered she had appendicitis.

Lottie was then rushed for emergency surgery to have her appendix removed and shared a clip explaining the scare from her hospital bed on Instagram on June 19 as she recovered.

And in the latest update, Lottie took to her Instagram Stories and revealed that she had been discharged from the hospital.

Posting a photo from the back of a cab while holding hands with partner Lewis, she wrote: ‘Out of hospital and on the way to the hotel to rest. Thank you all so much for the kind messages.’

She later shared a heartwarming image of Lewis with their two children in the pool, adding: ‘Back where I belong. You make everything better.’

Just the day earlier, Lottie informed her followers that she ‘didn’t expect to start our trip like this.’

‘So I didn’t expect to start our trip like this but I’m just grateful that I’m recovering now,’ she began. ‘I felt quite ill on the way here, on the plane, really bad stomach pains.

‘Then I started throwing up when I got here and long story short I went to the doctor and they put me on a drip – but it wasn’t helping with the pain, the stomach pains.

‘So they sent me to hospital where they discovered that I had appendicitis so I needed surgery straight away, so last night I had surgery to remove my appendix and it all went well, so I’m just now recovering.

‘But I’m so grateful to all the nurses and doctors that have looked after me and I’m hoping that I can make a quick recovery.’
