Lily Allen was lauded for her vocal abilities as she performed tracks from her new revenge album, West End Girl.

The singer, 40, released the album in October – her first in seven years – which documents her split from husband David Harbour, his infidelity and their toxic relationship.

On Wednesday evening she treated fans to a live performance as she took to the stage at the launch of Chanel’s Coco Crush jewellery line at the Chateau Marmont in LA.

Actor Daniel Nguyen shared stunning videos of the star belting out Sleepwalking, Tennis, Just Enough, Madeline and Pussy Palace.

During Pussy Palace, which is about David’s home where he would carry out his affairs, she caught a fit of the giggles.

Yet fans were blown away by her vocal abilities, commenting: ‘She sounds amaaazzing!!’; ‘Gosh i have goosebumps’.

Others added: ‘P***y palace live debut ❤️ her Performances on acoustic versions are always amazing’; ‘Icon since dayyyy’; ‘Oof this song. Powerful.’;

‘You can just visualise what she walked into and the heart break and betrayal she felt in every note she sing’;

‘Love to see her enjoying and smashing that performance. Stunning ✨’

Lily, who has had a long-time affiliation with the French fashion house, looked sensational during her performance as she went braless beneath a black gown.

The plunging black dress was both sexy and elegant, while she paired the look with a voluminous beehive in a nod to her trademark Sixties siren style.

Ahead of her performance she filmed a get ready with me video with Harper’s Bazaar in which she revealed her favourite track from West End Girl.

Lily shared: ‘Tonight I’m gonna be performing 3 or 4 songs, depending on how well it goes.

‘My favorite song off of my album West End Girl is maybe Fruityloop, which is the closing song.’

Fruityloop begins with Lily analysing her ex and how he struggled to adjust to ‘all the fame and money’ before she seemingly finds acceptance with the end of the relationship.

It also calls back to the title of her most successful album, from 2009 as she sings: ‘And finally I see / It’s not me, it’s you.’

Lily has been enjoying a career revival of late and is seemingly cashing in on the success of West End Girl as she has applied to trademark the title of the controversial comeback album.

David, 50, may have to endure yet more reminders of their five-year union.

The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden revealed that an application has been entered with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) to trademark the West End Girl title for what would be a range of clothing, jewellery and make-up.

Other potential product areas listed which the star is considering merchandising are sunglasses, bags and footwear.

The proposed title is currently classed by the IPO as being under ‘examination’.
