The mom of four sparked fresh surgery speculation after years of denial while arriving back to Los Angeles wearing an ab-baring look.
Kim’s waist was on full display Wednesday, with the star rocking a cropped black halter top with matching leggings.
Kim, 44, was in Los Cabos with daughter North to ring in the tween’s birthday, bringing along her niece Penelope Disick for the festivities.
Her sighting comes seven years after the star bragged about her waist measuring 24 inches and her hips measuring 39 inches – and three years after she revealed she lost 21 pounds to fit in Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala.
She chose skintight bottoms paired with stiletto heels, adding the tiny backless top that showcased her toned abs.
The star loosely wore a jacket slung low over her shoulders, adding sunglasses to round out her summer look.
Kim wore the look for the plane ride from Los Cabos to Los Angeles, which she did via her private jet.

‘If I was 10 percent her it would be life-changing. Like my whole arms and back. It’s mostly food. I gotta have this lifestyle. I gotta try,’ she said at the time.

During an appearance on the Today show, Kim was asked how she lost the weight.
She had previously revealed she lost 16 pounds in three weeks by cutting out carbs and sugar in order to fit into the iconic dress – something which was heavily criticized for the message it sent.
‘Yeah you know I looked at it like a role. I really wanted to wear this dress. It was really important to me. It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health and since then, afterwards, I continued to eat really healthy. I am down 21 pounds now. I’m not trying to lose any more weight but I have more energy than ever. I cut out so much sugar. A lot of junk food I was eating. I didn’t even realize it. A lot of fried foods. And I completely changed my lifestyle,’ Kim revealed.
