Katie Price says she ‘has done her bit’ and will not return to Dubai

Katie Price has said she will not visit her husband Lee Andrews in Dubai and will instead wait for him to return to the UK.

Lee and Katie, 47, initially tied the knot in January just weeks after meeting, before holding a second, legal ceremony in February. However, throughout their marriage he has been living in the UAE while Katie has travelled between the UK and Dubai.

She has now declared she will not return to her husband’s home and is instead hoping he will fly to the UK to see her soon, as she has ‘done her bit’.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, she detailed her travel plans and navigating her cross-continent marriage to Lee, who has repeatedly denied claims that he is under a travel ban after forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature to secure a £200,000 loan.

Insiders have claimed Lee has left the country, although there has been no solid evidence, while Katie has admitted she ‘hopes’ he will come to her.

Speaking to the camera, she said: ‘Hopefully Lee will be flying to the UK soon. When he can, he’ll come over and just do normal stuff here.

‘I love that I’m back [in the UK]. I’m not going to go to Dubai now for a bit. I’ve done my bit in Dubai and with everything going on there, it’s all quiet and I’ve got things to do back here as well.

‘I still want to sort the house out, work, even though I can work there, I just like being home, everything is here. Where I’ve been in Dubai, it hasn’t even been sunny, it’s been raining.’

She spoke of her trips, saying: ‘When I go to Dubai, I don’t look at it like a holiday, I don’t do all the holiday stuff…

‘People always look at Dubai as pool parties, there are pool parties and you get those sides where it looks rich and people pose with flash cars.

‘But when I go there, it’s not like how you see it on Instagram, I do normal stuff. What I would do here, it’s the same there.’

Her latest video comes after Lee said he is in talks to buy Chelsea football club, telling The Sun: ‘I can’t tell you all the workings and inner parts to my wealth but definitely the money is there…

‘And they have to accept and they have to verify, but it will be going in. It sounds crazy, it sounds ambitious, but watch this space.’

Asked of his plan to buy into Chelsea, a bemused source close to the couple told the Daily Mail: ‘I don’t know anything about it… but I very much doubt it.’

While Lee’s financial worth remains questionable – the businessman claims to have links with Tesla founder Elon Musk, the world’s richest man – current Chelsea owner Boehly’s is not.

The Miami based magnate’s personal fortune is estimated between $8.4billion and $9.3billion, while his impressive business portfolio includes a 20 per cent ownership of baseball giants the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The American’s incredible wealth eclipses that of Andrews, who has previously boasted of earning anywhere between £2million and £5million annually from a variety of investments in the United States.

Andrews’s credibility and personal integrity has taken a battering from all sides following his marriage to Katie, with furious ex-girlfriends labelling him a ‘scammer’ and urging the former glamour model to ‘run for the hills’.

Ex-fiancée Alana Percival, 32, who accepted a marriage proposal from Lee just 16 weeks before he exchanged vows with Price, has accused him of scamming money out of her and making false claims about his personal wealth and various achievements.

The businessman has previously claimed to hold a PhD from Cambridge University, while managing the sustainable vehicle venture, Aura Worldwide Holdings Limited, from his home in the United Arab Emirates.

He also claims to be bilingual and fluent in almost every known language, including Arabic.

In March, he shared a variety of images and videos across social media, including a post about becoming a ‘future trillionaire’, detailing a ‘mysterious income’ and being a member of ‘the 1%’.

One post features a debonaire man standing at a bar with the words: ‘Mysterious income. Underground connections. Private life. Small circle. Hot brunette.’

He then shared an image of a yacht with the accompanying message: ‘Send this to future trillionaires’, with a voiceover detailing being worth $1,274,930,645,80.73.
