Katie Price will be called as a witness in rape trial of Kieran Hayler

Katie Price will be called as a witness when her ex-husband goes on trial accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Kieran Hayler, 39, appeared at Lewes Crown Court today to hear his trial will go ahead in October.

It was also heard that his ex-wife and former glamour model will give evidence.

Hayler is accused of raping a teenage girl at Katie’s former home, dubbed Mucky Mansion, in 2016.

Hayler was married and living with Katie, 47, at the property in Dial Post, West Sussex, when he is said to have attacked the girl, now aged 23.

Hayler, wearing a blue suit, white shirt and grey tie, spoke only to confirm his name during the hearing.

All the offences are alleged to have taken place at the family home in 2016. The alleged victim is not a member of Hayler or Price’s extended families.

Stripper and reality TV star Hayler met Katie in 2012 and proposed on Christmas Day.

They married at a luxury Caribbean resort the following year.
