A quick stroll down the high street shows that Christmas is just around the corner. Advent calendars, party food, sequinned dresses and glittering baubles are filling the shops.

To add to the festive spirit, royal-approved accessories brand Aspinal of London has launched its Christmas collection – and trust me, you’ll want it all.

The collection offers a wealth of handbags, leather accessories and luxurious travel essentials, showcasing a warming palette of hunter green, merlot and cerulean blue, beautifully balanced by black and camel.

Aspinal has long been synonymous with sophistication, and it’s no surprise the brand has been worn by so many royals, including the Princess of Wales, Zara Tindall, Princess Beatrice and Queen Camilla.

Recently, the brand announced a partnership with Princess Diana’s nieces, Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza Spencer – a collaboration met with immediate acclaim.

Like Princess Kate, I’ve been a loyal fan of the Midi Mayfair for years (she first carried it in 2018). The vintage-inspired shape instantly elevates any outfit and, right now, the merlot version is at the top of my Christmas wish list.

The new collection is packed with glamorous offerings. The pastel pink Eliza clutch, designed in collaboration with Eliza Spencer, is a standout. It features a reimagined Aspinal shield lock, with a sparkling crystal centerpiece of Preciosa stones.

Equally stunning is the Lottie crossbody. Its shimmering gold threads add a luxurious edge to any outfit, and both the champagne and black iterations are guaranteed to turn heads.

Ideal for parties, the velvet Amelia pouch, made with Amelia Spencer, reinterprets the classic evening bag for modern life. Its crystal-encrusted detachable chain strap drapes across the wrist, while the drawstring fastening keeps belongings secure.

The Hudson crescent bags, now available in chocolate brown suede and camel leather, have also earned a place on my wish list. Available in two generous sizes, they can be slung over the shoulder with ease.

Of course, Aspinal hasn’t forgotten its much-loved accessories. Signature cardholders, wallets, jewellery travel cases, luggage tags and passport cases are all offered in the same sumptuous colourways, making them perfect gifts for loved ones this Christmas.

Take a closer look at my top picks for every occasion below.
