JPMorgan sex abuse accuser is DROPPED by his lawyer

A former JPMorgan Chase banker who launched a salacious sex abuse lawsuit against his boss has been abruptly dropped by his attorney hours before a court hearing.

Chirayu Rana, 35, was ditched by high-profile New York City lawyer Daniel Kaiser ahead of a hearing on Tuesday, per filings obtained by the Daily Mail.

Kaiser, who previously represented Jeffrey Epstein victims, agreed to be ‘discharged’ as attorney for Rana.

According to the filing, Rana will now be representing himself ‘pro se’ in court until he finds a new lawyer in his case against banking executive Lorna Hajdini, 37.

Kaiser was set to appear on Tuesday to argue that Rana should be officially cited only as ‘John Doe’ in court proceedings, after he initially filed anonymously before being identified when his lawsuit went viral.

It comes days after Hajdini filed defamation claims against Rana, accusing him of humiliating her with his allegations that she turned him into a ‘sex slave’ while she was his boss.

Rana’s lawsuit alleged that Hajdini forced him into humiliating sex acts while they worked at the bank’s leveraged finance division, including accusing her of drugging and racially abusing him.

Hajdini vehemently denies the allegations, and JPMorgan said an internal investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing and that Rana’s claims had ‘no merit’.

Rana’s lawsuit against Hajdini circulated on social media last month as he made a series of lewd and salacious allegations, including that Hajdini threatened his career if he rejected her advances.

He accused her of coercing him into humiliating sex acts over months, and said she admitted to drugging him with ‘roofies’ and performing sex acts on him against his will as he cried for help.

He alleged that Hajdini propositioned him for oral sex in the office, on one occasion, allegedly asking him: ‘Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.’

In May 2024, Rana said in the complaint that Hajdini invited him out for drinks, but he declined. In response, she is alleged to have said: ‘If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f***ing own you.’

In his filing, Rana cited an unnamed witness who said they were staying at Rana’s apartment when Hajdini showed up ‘clearly intoxicated’ and allegedly demanded a drunken threesome.

When they both refused, Hajdini allegedly told them, ‘You know, I own [Rana], so you’d better come join.’

A second alleged witness said Rana confided in mid-2024 that a woman from his workplace – identified as Hajdini – was ‘making his life hell’ through harassment and blackmail.

The shocking allegations led to an investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, but the probe was dropped due to a lack of evidence.

In a copy of an affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, Rana says he was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder shortly after leaving the bank in October 2025, which he attributes to the alleged assaults.

His symptoms allegedly include sleep deprivation due to recurring nightmares, flashbacks tied to the JPMC workplace, fainting episodes, and ‘anger dysregulation’ directed at family and loved ones, according to the filing.

Rana alleged that the advances from Hajdini continued for months throughout 2024, which he said escalated into sexual assault.

He also claimed that Hajdini admitted to drugging him with the date-rape drug and other drugs without his knowledge before some encounters to incapacitate him and facilitate sexual activity, according to the complaint.

He said the alleged harassment escalated to Hajdini using her executive status at the bank to gain unauthorized access to his bank account to track his ‘every move.’

A spokesman for JPMorgan Chase said a thorough internal investigation found no evidence to support Rana’s accusations. ‘Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,’ said the representative.

‘While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.’

A JPMorgan insider with knowledge of the matter told the Daily Mail that they believed Rana’s claims were beginning to fall apart – as anticipated.

‘We believed from the outset the allegations were fabricated,’ the source said. ‘I just feel so sorry for Hajdini because she’s so highly thought of here. I hope she can move on from this.’

Hajdini’s attorney also denied the allegations in the complaint when it was initially filed in its entirety.

‘She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place,’ her lawyer said.
