Josie Gibson showcases her slender frame during winter break

Josie Gibson showcased her slimmer frame on Monday after losing an incredible 5st without resorting to quick fix ‘skinny jabs’.

The TV presenter, 40, showed off her slender physique during a winter break in Antigua as she explored the island in a black, figure-hugging, one-piece.

She accessorised her sporty look with a pair of orange-tinted sunglasses, a crossbody purse and phone case and a myriad of gold jewellery.

As she enjoyed some local fruits from a supermarket, Josie gave a nod to her camera while walking through a crowd.

The This Morning star revealed earlier this year that she had shed five stone – without the help of fat jabs or surgery.

She said in an Instagram post: ‘I didn’t get a gastric bypass; I got off my big a**e, moved more, ate less and educated myself on what I was stuffing into my body.’

Josie’s weight loss success has been widely discussed, as she has been showcasing her svelte new frame in a series of stunning looks on This Morning.

She revealed that she followed the Do The Unthinkable plan, which refers to a 12-week fitness and food program from the company MuscleFood, including delivered meals, workout plans, and support to help people reach their health goals.

Josie explained that she has six days on and one day off, saying: ‘Now on that one day off, I had one cheat meal.

‘I didn’t go crazy and drink 10 bottles of wine and binge all day on food and chocolate and all the naughty things I haven’t been having.

‘I just had my one cheat and that was it. So if you’ve got that one day off, don’t undo all your hard work. Just have your one cheat meal and enjoy it. Don’t have a binge.’

The former Big Brother star also previously spoke of why she would never use weight loss jabs: ‘The thing is, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that.

‘But it wouldn’t be for me, only because I don’t want to mess around with my body, I like everything natural, I always go down the natural route.’

The TV presenter is also no stranger to having a few tweakments done to freshen up her look.

Josie was glowing as she posed for snaps over the summer with her clinician, Dr Nora of Rejuvenation Clinic in London.

She did not specify what she’d had done.

Sharing snaps with Josie in the clinic of the pair laughing, Dr Nora – who runs Rejuvenation with Love Island star Rykard Jenkins – wrote: ‘Can’t tell which one the comedian is @josiegibson85!
