Jonah Hill’s luxurious former NYC abode has been listed on the market for nearly $12.4 million after the star ditched the limelight for a quieter life in San Diego.
The 42-year-old actor, who recently opened up about moving to the sunny SoCal city, initially purchased the Manhattan residence back in 2015 for around $9 million and later sold the home in 2022 for $10.56 million.
The spacious loft, located in the NoHo neighborhood and housed in a historic building built in 1885, has hit the market again for $12.35 million.
The 3,300-square-foot apartment offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
The stunning interior contains brick barrel-vaulted ceilings and wooden flooring throughout.

‘Buyers are looking for a turnkey product they can move right into in great locations and in buildings offering great amenities,” Noble Black of the Corcoran Group, who holds the listing with colleague Jesse Feldman, stated.
And it seems Hill’s former home will be snapped up quickly.

She explained that the ‘goal was to create a space that feels both timeless and distinctly downtown – elevated yet livable, where the design enhances the building’s heritage while offering a refined, modern perspective on luxury living.’
While Hill had been the previous owner, the actor now lives a low-key lifestyle in San Diego.

They also welcomed their second child while living a quiet life outside of Los Angeles.
Hill got candid about the move to San Diego during a live recording of the SmartLess podcast last month.
He explained he and his family have been residing in ‘a very small town’ next to friendly neighbors, per People.
‘They never treat me weird or ask me about my job or anything,’ the star said. ‘And my neighbor is one of my great friends, Dr Sean…he’s here tonight. He never bothered me or was like, “Oh, what’s this person like?”‘
He also sweetly gave a special shout-out to his ‘best friend’ and wife, who was in the audience.
The actor recalled growing up in Los Angeles during the 90s, saying that it had been ‘such a cool place to grow up in.’
‘You had access to show business stuff, but you had access to punk and skating and graffiti and all the naughty stuff. And there was no internet. It was just so awesome.’
Also, during his time away from the limelight, experts have estimated that Hill has dropped nearly 200 pounds.

‘And then I had my family and I got happy, and now all I want to do is be funny again,’ the star continued.
He added, ‘I’m, like, I want to go f***ing be funny in front of a crowd and that’d be awesome.’

The project is set to be released later this year on July 17 and ‘follows two rich siblings who are cut off from their parents,’ per an IMDB synopsis.
