Jessica Chastain stuns in a brown satin gown during Milan Design Week

Jessica Chastain looked incredible in a satin brown gown as she attended an exclusive dinner in Italy during Milan Design Week on Monday.

The American actress, 49, showed off her amazing figure in the Ralph Lauren number which boasted a halter neckline and cinched in at the waist with a matching belt.

Jessica elevated her frame in a pair of towering coordinated heels and toted a crossbody handbag by the designer.

Styling her newly bobbed tresses loose, Jessica simply accessorised with orange drop earrings as she posed for photos on arrival.

Last week, Jessica turned heads as she debuted a new hairstyle at the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Santa Monica.

The actress dressed to impress in a glamorous, gold gown paired with her chic, new bob as she joined the stars on the red carpet at the 12th annual event.

She highlighted her décolletage with her fresh hairdo, which she styled with a deep side part, a dazzling tennis necklace and her strapless gown.

Her dress was made out of a material resembling raffia and featured fringe at the bottom and a palm tree-patterned design.

The Oscar winner, whose Apple TV+ series was mysteriously shelved several months ago but is now slated for an upcoming release, paired her eye-catching dress and fiery red hair with sultry makeup.

At the event, she addressed how her TV show will finally be released after it was shelved back in September.

She previously filmed The Savant, and the series was set to be released on Apple TV but was postponed following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

The Interstellar star told Variety at the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony that the political thriller series will soon be released on Apple TV with the premiere date reportedly slated for July.

‘Before it was like, “I don’t know if we’re going to see it,” but now I can say, “We’re going to see it,”‘ she said at the star-studded soiree.

Apple TV previously confirmed the project would be shelved on September 23.

The streamer’s statement read: ‘After careful consideration, we have made the decision to postpone “The Savant.” We appreciate your understanding and look forward to releasing the series at a future date.’

The following day, Jessica — who also serves as an executive producer on the show — released her own statement via Instagram and said she disagreed with the decision.

‘I’ve never shied away from difficult subjects, and while I wish this show wasn’t so relevant, unfortunately it is,’ she wrote.

‘The Savant is about the heroes who work every day to stop violence before it happens, and honoring their courage feels more urgent than ever,’ she added.

Jessica continued: ‘While I respect Apple’s decision to pause the release for now, I remain hopeful the show will reach audiences soon.

‘Until then, I’m wishing safety and strength for everyone, and I’ll let you know if and when The Savant is released,’ she concluded.

The crime thriller was created by Melissa James Gibson and based on an article by Andrea Stanley.

In the miniseries, Jessica stars as an undercover investigator who balances life at home with tracking online hate groups to stop domestic extremists before they act.

Her fellow costars in the show include Nnamdi Asomugha, Pablo Schreiber, James Badge Dale, Cole Doman, Michael Mosley and many more.
