Jennifer Aniston, 57, reveals miracle workout

Jennifer Aniston has talked about the miracle workout she has done for the past five years that has kept her in the best shape of her life.

The Friends actress shared a video to Instagram on Tuesday where she commented on the PVOLVE routine that is a great fit for her.

And the 57-year-old Emmy winner also said she loves the routine because she has had ‘no injuries’ from the workouts as they are extremely safe yet still yield top results.

‘I’ve been doing PVOLVE for five years and honestly the biggest thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t had an injury,’ said the ex-wife of Brad Pitt. ‘And I feel more fit than I have in forever.

‘I was constantly getting injured and now no injuries,’ said the star who is currently filming season five of The Morning Show. And she added the format offers her ‘better results’ overall.

The Hollywood icon said earlier this year that she uses the PVOLVE p.band every day, even when just hanging out in her kitchen or running errands.

‘It’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment,’ Aniston has said of the p.band which costs $44. ‘I take it everywhere I go.’

The PVOLVE p.band is the lightweight, portable tool Aniston relies on to sculpt long, lean muscle through low-impact, high-burn movements.

‘Her arms aren’t the result of hours in the gym — they’re built through smart, functional resistance that can fit seamlessly into real life,’ her trainer Dani Coleman told Daily Mail in January.

The band has been designed to tone without bulk, which is often called ‘soft sculpting.’

Strength is ‘the ultimate anti-aging secret’ and building arm muscles with the bands is a ‘smart, safe, and powerful way to support longevity,’ added Coleman.

Aniston has also said she loves the P.ball and P.3 Trainer.

Coleman told the Daily Mail that her client is committed to working out consistently.

‘No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body,’ Coleman told the Daily Mail.

‘She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing, which is why she loves PVOLVE because we have workouts of all lengths and formats.’

Aniston usually puts in the time to do ‘full body’ workouts so she won’t leave out any muscle groups.

When asked if there was something that fans would not know about Jennifer, Coleman answered, ‘She loves a challenging workout. The only things that outshine her work ethic in our workouts are her humor and humility.’

Aniston and Coleman have been workout buddies since around 2020.

‘We have been working together weekly for almost five years, and we continue to have fun and unlock new levels of strength together,’ said Coleman.

'I've been doing PVOLVE for five years and honestly the biggest thing I've noticed is I haven't had an injury,' said the ex-wife of Brad Pitt

‘I first met Jen through a mutual connection, who introduced her to PVOLVE. She started streaming the workouts and wanted to try a personal training session at home.’

Her first impression of Jen was positive: ‘She’s magic! Hard-working, gracious, and obviously hilarious.’ And she loved that Aniston had her dogs – Clyde and Lord Chesterfield – by her side as she stretches.

Coleman added that Aniston impressed her right off the bat.

‘I’ll never forget our first session – we did a full-body workout using our p.band, p.ball, and gliders. At PVOLVE, no two workouts are ever the same, and I love programming her workouts, providing the playlist, and finding new ways to challenge her.’

And they have a game plan.

‘Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training,’ said the trainer.

‘We do full-body workouts and love to frequent our p.band, p.3 trainer, p.ball, and gliders, and we mix in heavy dumbbells with a focus on building lean muscle mass. Our sessions are filled with hard work, a good playlist, and a few intermissions to play with the pups!’
