How Ivanka Trump would look if she never had any suspected surgery

AI photos have imagined with Ivanka Trump would look like if she had not had any suspected cosmetic enhancements.

Thanks to her ageless appearance and youthful complexion, many have wondered if the First Daughter, 44, has gotten plastic surgery or injections for years.

She has stayed tightlipped about whether or not she has ever gone under the knife or enhanced her appearance, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating on her looks.

Just last month, the mother-of-three sparked immense rumors that she had gotten work done when she made an appearance in Tel Aviv, Israel, and sported a seemingly transformed appearance.

Online observers were quick to comment on her noticeably fuller features, claiming her face looked ‘puffier’ and ‘more sculpted’ than before.

Now, dramatic new computer-generated images have only fueled the speculation.

Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the blonde beauty when she was younger and predict what she should look like at age 44 had she kept everything natural.

The results were shockingly different to what she actually looks like at this age, hinting that she may have received some procedures to alter her appearance.

Thanks to her ageless appearance and youthful complexion, many have wondered if the First Daughter, who recently celebrated her 44th birthday, has altered her appearance for years

Multiple medical professionals spoke to the Daily Mail about Ivanka’s potential cosmetic enhancements last month amidst the ongoing fan theories.

The doctors, who noted they had not treated or examined Ivanka in person, said she appeared to have had dermal filler injected into her cheeks and lips – procedures that add volume and smoothness to the face by plumping soft tissue beneath the skin.

This, they said, could explain her more rounded contours.

As for the puffiness, they said it could be the result of the short-term swelling that often occurs after filler injections, particularly before the material has settled evenly beneath the skin. The settling process that can take around two weeks.

‘From the last time I saw her [in photos], I would say that her face does appear fuller than before,’ Dr Scott Miller, a facial plastic surgeon in San Diego, California, told the Daily Mail.

‘I am fairly confident that she had some filler, definitely in her lips, but also in her cheeks and the area below her eyes.’

Miller said it was possible that Ivanka’s public appearance happened before her fillers had fully settled.

Fillers – some of which use hyaluronic acid – are a highly popular cosmetic treatment in the US, with about six million injections carried out in 2024, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

As people age, the face gradually loses volume and takes on a more drawn appearance. Filler is used to reverse this and make the face appear younger.

‘After viewing photos of her trip to Israel, I think she might have had some filler placed into her cheeks to plump them up. That is part of maintenance, however, and it is done tastefully, and not over the top,’ Dr. Normal Rowe, a plastic surgeon in New York City, added.

Surgeons also suggested her creaseless brow was a sign of Botox use. The toxin paralyzes facial muscles to reduce the visibility of skin wrinkles.

Botox and other neuromodulator injections are the most popular cosmetic touch-up in the US, with about 10million patients nationwide in 2024, according to the ASPS. These injections typically wear off within three to four months.

Dr Masoud Saman, a double board certified facial plastic surgeon in New York City who specializes in facial rejuvenation, said ‘it is impossible to know with certainty’ whether someone has undergone any treatments or surgeries without their own disclosure.

‘However,’ he added, ‘from a professional standpoint, Ivanka Trump appears refreshed, balanced and well cared for.

‘In my opinion, her appearance suggests the possibility of carefully performed injectable fillers in the midface and lips, and perhaps fat transfer to maintain soft, youthful contours.

‘There also appears to be evidence of [Botox] use to smooth the forehead and… muscles around the mouth, which helps elevate the corners of the smile.’

Ivanka, seen with her husband last month, has stayed tightlipped about whether or not she has ever gotten a cosmetic enhancement, but that hasn't stopped fans from speculating

Ivanka has never publicly spoken about the rumors, and she did not respond to the Daily Mail’s repeated requests for comment.

While it was a topic of conversation on the internet following the appearances, this was not the first time onlookers have made note of the First Daughter’s seemingly changing face.

Speculation over her appearance also swirled in September 2024, when her chin and jawline appeared ‘more defined than ever.’

In addition, after appearing in November 2023 at her father Donald Trump’s $250 million fraud trial in New York City, her more angular features ignited speculation from doctors that she had received a rhinoplasty (nose job) and either filler or implants into her chin and jaw.

Surgeons viewing photos of her at the time also said her lips were ‘clearly enhanced with filler.’
