Holly Willoughby screams on a lap of the Monaco Grand Prix track

Holly Willoughby begged her driver to ‘please look after me, I have three children’ as she experienced her first ever hot lap of the Monaco Grand Prix track.

In a new Instagram video, the presenter, 45, was heard squealing ‘oh my god’ and swearing as she was thrown around the racing car.

Holly, who was dressed in a stylish blue blouse and matching shorts, pulled on a black safety helmet as she joined her driver Alan in the vehicle.

He joked: ‘Hi Holly, I heard you prepared with a few glasses of champagne’.

The ex ITV star replied: ‘I had plenty of champagne last night so I’m hoping I’ll be ok. Am I going to be ok Alan? I have three children, so please look after me.’

Alan added: ‘You will be fine and enjoy it I’m sure.’

As the car exited the pit lane and reached an impressive 120mph on the track Holly screamed and swore.

Taking the corners at a quick 70mph, the former This Morning presenter shouted: ‘Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god’, continuously.

‘It gets better from here’, Alan insisted as Holly continued to scream.

She added: ‘I’ve literally broken out into a sweat. I’ve literally got tears in my eyes, wow. Oh my god! Oh my god! I feel like I’m in a computer game.’

Alan reassured Holly: ‘You made it, you did very well for your first time around the circuit.’

‘F***ing h**’, she said with a sign of relief.

Holly joked she remained ‘totally composed’ during the hot lap and apologised for her ‘language’ as she shared the video to Instagram.

She wrote: ‘Completely calm. Totally composed. Absolutely did not scream through every corner of the Monaco Grand Prix track.

‘@williamsf1team can confirm. (They cannot confirm.) … Special mention for ALAAAAANNN! I can only apologise for the noise and the language at the end!’

Her celebrity pals also saw the funny side as Emma Bunton, Nicole Appleton and Carol Vorderman all took to the comment.

Nicole penned: ‘I’m crying! that’s what I’m like at 30 MPH!!!’

Emma wrote: ‘This made me laugh so much.’ Holly replied: ‘Emma you should do it! We can get Alan a Baby on Board sign’.

Carol added: ‘Bliss … being thrown round a track in a “safety car” .. done that a fair few times over the years … love love ❤️ well done missus’.

Holly Willoughby jokes about getting caught up in Kim Kardashian’s HUGE entourage in Monaco

Elsewhere over the Grand Prix weekend, Holly addressed that awkward moment she got caught up in Kim Kardashian’s huge entourage as she shared the highlights of her trip.

The TV presenter was joined on the trip by pal Michael McIntyre as they soaked up all the glitz and glamour of the Formula One as Mercedes’ 19-year-old driver Kimi Antonelli won his fifth grand prix in a row.

Holly was all smiles as she posed for selfies during a paddock and trackside walk before watching the race above the pitlane.

The former ITV star also enjoyed a yacht trip during the weekend, where she was a guest of F1 team Williams.

However, ahead of the race on Sunday, Holly chatted to Sky Sports when Kim Kardashian made her grand debut entrance onto the F1 track to cheer on her Ferrari driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton.

Holly and comedian Michael were jostled by Kim and sister Khloe’s security guards as they headed to the Ferrari garage.

‘It’s a wave!’ yelled Michael, before noticing ‘It’s the Kardashians! I’m joining them!’

Michael hurried after Kim and Khloe leaving a shocked Holly behind.

‘We’ve got a live update,’ Michael said as he returned. ‘I’ve just been hit by like a wave. You know when you’re on holiday and a wave hits you and it’s like “that’s actually quite dangerous”. We’ve been Kardashian waved.’

Holly agreed, quipping ‘that was ridiculous,’ before Michael joked he had sustained an injury from the collision.

‘My back’s gone. I think something belonging to Kim, I’m not mentioning anything, may have struck me in my lower back earlier,’ he joked. ‘And I gotta tell you, it hurt!’

Luckily, Holly saw the fun in the awkward moment as she mentioned it alongside her highlights video.

She wrote: ‘What a weekend! Monaco you didn’t disappoint… @williamsf1team @jv.f1 thank you for having us, hard to pick a highlight, grid walks, hot laps (I will post this later, safe to say I wasn’t built for speed) all topped off by getting caught up in a @kimkardashian fly past.

‘Also Barry and Daimo thank you for your hospitality… that’s one weekend that I’ll never forget’.

During the glitzy weekend, Holly and Michael travelled to Monte Carlo to watch the Formula 1, but there was plenty of drama away from the track when the reality stars Kim and Khloe made their grand entrance.
