Helen Flanagan reunited with her ex Scott Sinclair following their bitter feud, as the pair have finally moved out of their £995,000 family home.
The mother-of-three, 35, finally sold the six-bedroom Lancashire mansion for £500,000 under the asking price.
Despite the upheaval, Helen seemed unfazed as she laughed and joked with her ex Scott while loading her belongings into a removal van.
After their split in 2022, former Coronation Street star Helen had apparently wanted to stay in the home.
It was originally put up for sale for £1.5million in May last year, before being reduced to £1.195million and later just £995,000.
The home is now finally marked as sold on Rightmove, meaning Helen and the couple’s three kids – Matilda, ten, Delilah, seven and son Charlie, five – will be saying goodbye to it.

It also means Scott – still named as the sole owner on Land Registry documents – will pocket around £155,000 from the sale if it went for the final asking price.

Sources claimed that much of Helen’s upset for Scott came following his split from girlfriend Lauren Davies, meaning they were only communicating via relatives

‘Scott wants to buy Helen a four-bedroom home. He’s even offered to put it in her name but wants to stop the maintenance payments.
‘The relationship has completely broken down. They no longer communicate – everything goes through her parents.’
Helen also put much of her own money into renovating the property, with parts of it redecorated and remodelled.
More recently she said she had made peace with the move as there was a ‘sadness’ in the house, which was supposed to be the couple’s forever family home.
In January 2025, Helen pleaded with magistrates not to ban her from driving given the ‘remote’ nature of her home despite the property being mere yards from a bus stop.
At the time she claimed in court that she is ‘really struggling financially’ and cannot even afford a £10 taxi to take her son to nursery.
But despite the mother-of-three speaking of her money woes, she was banned from driving for six months.
Magistrates said they were not satisfied a ban would cause exceptional hardship to Helen, who already had six points on her licence.
They also ordered the actress to pay a £2,000 fine, a £800 victim surcharge and £110 for prosecution costs.
In December, Helen appeared to take yet another swipe at ex Scott, just days after branding him a ‘piece of s***’ on Instagram.
She heaped praise on her mum for ‘practically raising her kids’ while she has been performing in a Liverpool panto.
Alongside a snap of her mother Julia cuddling Charlie, she penned: ‘So grateful for my incredible mum who has looked after my children for really the past two months while I’ve been working.
‘The BEST grandma ever, so lucky to have you mum. All the school runs, all the activities, all the school work, all the washing. Love you.’
Sources close to the situation claimed they know why Helen publicly condemned her ex, who she has apparently blocked, and is only speaking to via relatives.
An insider close to the ex couple revealed that Scott has been embracing his ‘Hot Boy Winter’ moment after his split from girlfriend Lauren Davies.
They explained that since Scott split from Lauren he ‘hadn’t been present’ in his children’s lives and was ‘constantly showing off his wealth’ on social media.
Helen reportedly liked Lauren and felt it was important that everyone got along but after their split everything has blown up with ‘Helen and Scott blocking each other and only communicating through family members’.
