Helen Flanagan has finally sold her marital home – for £500,000 under the asking price.
The property in rural Belmont near Bolton has six bedrooms, ‘dramatic’ floor to ceiling windows and a large kitchen diner.
Helen’s ex – the footballer Scott Sinclair – bought the house for £840,000 in 2021 when he and Helen were still a couple.
After their split, former Coronation Street star Helen, 35, had apparently wanted to stay there.
It was originally put up for sale for £1.5million in May last year, before being reduced to £1.195million and later just £995,000.
And the home is now finally marked as sold on Rightmove, meaning Helen and the couple’s three kids – Matilda, ten, Delilah, seven and son Charlie, five – will be saying goodbye to it.
It also means Scott – still named as the sole owner on Land Registry documents – will pocket around £155,000 from the sale if it went for the final asking price.

The entrance hall has floor to ceiling windows, there is an open plan living area, a ‘showpiece’ kitchen and a generous breakfast bar.
Additional living spaces include a formal dining room, five further reception rooms, six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two-bedroom suites with their own private living rooms and en-suite shower rooms.
Actress Helen and footballer Scott were together for 13 years before their break-up in 2022.
It has been somewhat acrimonious – not least because of the pair’s living arrangements.
A friend of Helen’s recently said: ‘Scott pays for the house and all the bills and he’s decided a six-bedroom place is way too big for Helen on her own with the kids.
‘But Helen doesn’t want to move and is digging her heels in. She loves the place, the kids are settled at the local school and her mum and dad live around the corner.
‘Scott wants to buy Helen a four-bedroom home. He’s even offered to put it in her name but wants to stop the maintenance payments.
‘The relationship has completely broken down. They no longer communicate – everything goes through her parents.’
Helen also put much of her own money into renovating the property, with parts of it redecorated and remodelled.
More recently she said she had made peace with the move as there was a ‘sadness’ in the house, which was supposed to be the couple’s forever family home.
In January 2025, Helen pleaded with magistrates not to ban her from driving given the ‘remote’ nature of her home despite the property being mere yards from a bus stop.
At the time she claimed in court that she is ‘really struggling financially’ and cannot even afford a £10 taxi to take her son to nursery.

But despite the mother-of-three speaking of her money woes, she was banned from driving for six months.
Magistrates said they were not satisfied a ban would cause exceptional hardship to Helen, who already had six points on her licence.
They also ordered the actress to pay a £2,000 fine, a £800 victim surcharge and £110 for prosecution costs.
