‘French Josef Fritzl’ admits fathering three children with daughter

A 58-year-old man has admitted to fathering three children with his daughter and forcing his 11-year-old son to have sex with his mother.

In a sickening case that harkens back to Josef Fritzl, the Austrian incest monster who repeatedly raped his own daughter over 24 years, the public prosecutor of Brest, western France, charged the French man at the end of November after his son came forward to police.

The young boy described years of paternal abuse that began with the man’s daughter, now 33.

He allegedly drugged her with anti-psychotic medication and raped her, forcing her to bear three children – including the 11-year-old boy.

The boy was also made to watch pornographic films with his father, and to have sex with his own mother.

The man was charged with incestuous rape of a minor, rape with administration of a substance to the victim without her knowledge, incestuous rape of a minor over fifteen years of age, corruption of a minor, incestuous sexual assault on a minor, and habitual violence against a minor.

He was remanded in to custody by a local judge.

And the daughter, who was described by prosecutors as a ‘victim’ of her father’s abuse, was also charged with habitual violence against a minor under 15 and corruption of a minor under 15, though she has not been placed under arrest.

The boy and his siblings, twin sisters both aged eight, have been taken into foster care and allowed to remain out of school for some time.

In October, Josef Fritzl had his bid for freedom thrown out by a court, citing that the incest monster still suffers violent delusions and is too dangerous to be released from prison.

Though now 90 years old, authorities said the ‘Monster of Amstetten’ still showed aggression towards his family.

Fritzl, jailed for life in 2009, locked his innocent daughter Elisabeth in a tiny and mouldy cellar for 24 years.

There, he raped her thousands of times and fathered seven children, with one baby dying shortly after birth.

During his trial, he pleaded guilty to rape, false imprisonment, manslaughter by negligence, and incest.

Prosecutors said he had meticulously prepared the underground prison, which had a keyless, secret code.

He also managed to convince his daughter that the door was electrified and would kill her if she tried to escape.

Fritzl made international headlines after his arrest. It was revealed that he locked his daughter, Elizabeth, in a tiny cellar for 24 years. He raped her several times and fathered with her

The court heard how he would visit Elizabeth and her children three times a week, bringing food and sometimes, flowers for his daughter.

Fritzl also convinced Rosemary, his wife, that their daughter was in a cult and even persuaded her to take care of three of Elizabeth’s kids.

He was sentenced to life behind bars and told he would have to serve at least 15 years before he was eligible for parole.

Fritzl has a long criminal history – in 1967, he broke into the home of a 24-year-old nurse and raped her with a knife to her throat.

Authorities also named him as a prime suspect in the attempted rape of another woman. At the time, he served 12 months of an 18-month sentence.
