Ferne McCann showed off her incredible figure as she revealed the secret behind her two stone weight loss with inspiring comparison snaps.
The former TOWIE star, 35, who is mum to daughters Sunday, eight, and Finty, two, posted a recent photo of herself in a blue bikini, flaunting her gym-honed physique.
But she started the clip showing her post-baby body in a grey bra, weeks after she welcomed her second child.
Sharing the photos to her business Instagram @fernutrition, Ferne told her followers that she feels more ‘energised’ than ever and ‘doesn’t believe in cutting out foods or being on a ‘diet’.
She penned the inspiring clip: ‘Consistency, stacking daily healthy habits and my breakfast plan is exactly how I lost my weight… SUSTAINABLY.
‘I don’t believe in cutting out foods or being on a “diet”. They don’t work! And I’m a massive foodie so it wouldn’t work for me either ☺️
‘Trust me when you take care of the day to day and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived, exhausted or HANGRY that’s when results actually last!’
Ferne added: ‘I lost around 2 stone! I feel energised, I have sped up my metabolism and cut serious body fat. And you can too!

Ferne has been candid about her weight loss journey and revealed last year she had shed 2.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle with a focus on nutrition and high-intensity interval training.
She has kept up her healthy lifestyle and maintained her weight over the past year, sharing regular updates on social media.
Last month she shared a photo from the gym as she explained how ‘over the past month my body composition has completely shifted. I feel leaner, tighter, more defined and honestly stronger than ever.’
‘I haven’t massively changed my routine…I’ve simply followed my nutrition plan, been extra mindful with my calories and fuelled my body with goodness. And guess what the secret is? Consistency!’
In an October 2025 post Ferne proudly declared that ‘over the past 7 years I’ve lost weight & cut body fat (after 2 pregnancies), toned up, fuelled myself through training for SAS and maintained too. And not once have I felt bored or restricted!’
She listed what she eats in a day which includes a high fibre salted caramel smoothie for breakfast a ‘power plate’ for lunch consisting of avocado, hard boiled eggs, and tomatoes and a chicken and bone broth noodle soup for dinner.
‘This is how I eat to maintain my fat loss results – steady energy, balanced meals, snacks that actually hit the spot and a routine that I can keep up long term,’ she explained.
‘Eating regularly (and yes, snacking!) keeps my metabolism firing, my blood sugar balanced, and my mood in check… all key when your goal is fat loss or maintenance.’
Ferne and her fiancé Lorri Haines welcomed their first child together, Finty, in July 2023 after getting engaged in July 2022.
She also has a daughter, Sunday, with her previous partner, Arthur Collins, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison for an acid attack.
