‘Wow, six pound loss, lovely jubbly, yes get in. I know I can do it but we all have ups and downs it’s all part of a weight loss journey, so to the haters, you’re not perfect either.

‘We’re not gonna all lose weight every single week. It’s life. There’ll be gains, maintains and lots of losses, but I’m really pleased, absolutely buzzing.’

Marc managed to lose double what he gained the week before, where he divulged in a festive three course meal, a sausage bacon and egg bap with crisps and chocolate Maltesers.

Though he can also be seen eating low-calorie meals like chicken breast and eggs to keep on plan with his weight loss.

But he has told his critics weight loss is about portion control and that he should still be able to enjoy the things he loves just by not eating as much, as long as he has a calorie deficit.

He also explained that as a ‘larger’ gentleman, he is able to eat more than other people and still lose weight, saying: ‘I know what I’m doing.’

He said under an image he posted of a takeaway kebab which he shared with friends: ‘People don’t understand the power of Mounjaro.

‘I barely are the kebab but it was still nice to have a bit of it and as you can see I mainly ate the chicken.

But despite his hard work ambition to reach his goals, Marc still has to deal with online trolls who judge his food choices

‘It’s good to still enjoy a weekly treat rather than eat bad foods all day every day like I used to #winning.’

But despite his hard work ambition to reach his goals, Marc still has to deal with online trolls who judge his food choices.

The viral influencer reacted to hate he received after enjoying an egg sandwich made in white bread.

He said: ‘I do not appreciate people talking to me like a piece of s*** on the bottom of their shoe.

‘Having a go at me after eating an egg sandwich, telling me I’m off track. Get an education on how a calorie deficit works.

‘People on here that are meant to be Instagram friends speaking to me like that, i won’t have it so if you do it you’ll also be told to p*** right off and be blocked.’
