The future of beloved series Clarkson’s Farm has been revealed – amid brutal conditions at Diddly Squat Farm.
Having launched in 2021, the Prime Video documentary follows Jeremy Clarkson running a farm in the Cotswolds.
Joining him are right-hand man Kaleb Cooper, partner Lisa Hogan, land agent Charlie Ireland and farmhand Gerald Cooper.
Four series have already aired, with a fifth on the way – and bosses at Amazon Prime Video have reportedly ‘signed off’ on a sixth outing.
Jeremy, 65, completed series five last year and it is expected to premiere in the spring.
According to The Sun, Jeremy began working on series six after the weather became chillier in January.
The publication said: ‘Jezza got straight out onto the fields of Diddly Squat Farm and start the cameras rolling.
‘Last week things really picked up the pace, however, and the team are now on target to be able to deliver us the new season next year.’
In December 2025, Jeremy revealed he would be taking a break from TV in early 2026 for the first time in 40 years, but he vowed to get back in front of the camera on his Oxfordshire farm if snow fell.
He told The Sun: ‘We’ve never had a rest, we wrap a series and immediately start again because farming doesn’t stop.
‘You harvest and you’re immediately start drilling for the next year.
‘So, but this time Kaleb’s gone off to Australia, he’s filming down there at the moment, I was doing Millionaire Hot Seat and I really wanted to have a holiday because I haven’t had one in ages.
‘So we just said, ‘OK well let’s just actually wrap it.’ And then I just said, ‘If it snows we’ll start filming again’.’
Clarkson went on to add he still has plenty of ideas for future series of the show, adding: ‘We’ll definitely do six – Amazon want to (do series six) and I want to. I’ve got a good idea for six …
‘I said I’ll stop doing them when there are no more ideas. But I’ve got two quite good ones, so we’ll do six and then we’ll see … ‘
A broadcast date for the fifth series of Clarkson’s Farm has yet to be confirmed but it’s expected to appear on Amazon Prime in April or May.
It comes as Jeremy was left ‘disgusted’ by a ‘completely realistic’ post claiming that one of the stars of Clarkson’s Farm had died in a twisted AI hoax.
The former Top Gear presenter hit out against the ‘completely realistic’ post that claimed one of his co-stars on the Prime Video show had passed away.
He was left fuming after spotting a series of posts on Facebook, which detailed a number of fake disasters that were claimed to have happened on his Oxfordshire farm.
It included a ‘news’ post that his dry stone wall expert and ‘head of security’ Gerald Cooper had died – after he was diagnosed with lung cancer in the show’s third series.
The posts also claimed that Lisa had left him, that Jeremy had broken his leg, and that his farm hand, Kaleb Cooper, had welcomed a fourth child.
The stories, none of which were true, were posted alongside AI-generated images which appeared to back up their claims, according to Jeremy.
He penned in his column in The Sun: ‘On Facebook this week, we heard from just my farm alone that Gerald has died, Kaleb has had another kid, Lisa has left me, and I’ve broken my leg.
‘All of the stories were accompanied by a completely realistic photograph. And all of them were complete nonsense.
‘Do I mind? Yes. Mostly because Gerald is unused to being in the public eye, and it worries him that his kids see this kind of thing online. So whoever’s doing it, pack it in.’
He went on to hit out at AI users for ‘digitally removing clothes’ from images of people – after X’s Grok feature was being utilised by users to ‘digitally undress’ people.
Elsewhere, Jeremy dished out his verdict on the new hosts of Prime Video’s The Grand Tour – after a trio of social media stars were confirmed to be taking over.
The motoring series, which airs on Amazon’s Prime Video, has seen a shake-up of presenters after its original stars departed from the show as Jeremy admitted they were running low on ideas and becoming ‘unfit, fat and old’.
Now, the popular series will be hosted by new faces, YouTubers Thomas Holland and James Engelsman, and TikTok sensation Francis Bourgeois.
The official Grand Tour social media pages posted a video of Jeremy pretending to look through the CVs of prospective presenters looking to take over from him.
Looking at motoring influencer Thomas’s CV, Jeremy reads from the paper: ‘Once held a 1300 metre drift. Zero evidence has been uncovered.
‘Frequently presents an opinion as if it is fact and then if challenged will change the subject. Yes, funny man.’
Clocking the CV of train enthusiast and TikTok sensation Francis’ CV, Jeremy praises: ‘I know this one, he’s the train man from the internet!’
The final candidate is YouTube star James’ CV, from which Jeremy reads: ‘Once reviewed an entire car using only sarcasm. Height depends on what dating app you find him on. That’s funny.’
Clarkson’s Farm series one to four is available to air on Prime Video.
