Chloe Madeley shows off her toned abs as she slams supplements

Chloe Madeley showed off her toned abs as she slammed supplements on Friday during her latest exercise session.

As she worked on building muscle in the gym, the personal trainer, 38, posed for a photo in the mirror by the squat rack.

Chloe flexed her biceps as she tensed to display the results of all her hard work, and uploaded the snap to her Instagram.

She wore a black cropped sports bra which she teamed with a pair of tiny shorts and pulled her hair back into a ponytail.

Chloe captioned her post: ‘Building muscle and staying hydrated without a collagen or electrolyte supplement in sight.’

In another update, the fitness fanatic did some heavy deadlifts and explained the correct form in a short clip.

Elsewhere, Chloe appeared to hit back at ex-husband James Haskell’s mother Susie in a cryptic Instagram post about dealing with ‘other people’s cr**’ on Tuesday.

The influencer split from the former rugby union player, 41, in 2023 after five years of marriage, with him now looking for love on E4’s Celebs Go Dating.

During her appearance on the show, Chloe’s ex mother-in-law launched into a rant about all the ‘lovely girlfriends’ her son had had before tying the knot, as well as sharing her opinion on why the couple split.

Taking to her Instagram Stories Chloe shared a post which read: ‘Does anyone else feel like there are just some people in life who you have to follow around with a dustpan and brush so you can sweep up all the c**p they keep dropping on the floor?

‘Orrrr is that just me? Honestly if you’re reading this and you can’t relate you’re probably a c**p dropper.’

Daily Mail has contacted Chloe’s representatives for comment.

It came just 24-hours after James said during the Celebs Go Dating premiere: ‘Mum is an absolute loose cannon at the best of times. I am dreading what’s going to come out of her mouth. As long as she does not upset my ex.’

Before Susie chipped in: ‘I’m not sure where he’s gone wrong because prior to his marriage, I met lots of lovely girlfriends. Each of them just loved me, which is a bonus.’

She continued: ‘I do have quite a strong opinion on why I think it went wrong. You can’t have two stars because you have them competing for the floor space the whole time.’

‘In the past he’s been extremely popular. I’ve seen at rugby matches where elderly ladies have got very close to him.

‘He needs someone who can see the softness of him, coupled with quite a brilliant intellect. He’s written seven books. Three of them are on The Times best-seller list.’

Despite his mother’s comments, James explained how it was Chloe who pushed him to appear on the series.

He said: ‘I was on the fence, and she encouraged me to go for it. She’s a good friend and my co-parent, and we’re very transparent with each other.

‘I feel lucky to have that kind of trust and support, it makes everything feel collaborative, and it’s a relationship I truly value.’
