Maya Jama and Jerry Hall lead the Celebrity Traitors cast

The Celebrity Traitors series two cast has officially been revealed as the BBC dropped the first teaser trailer on Saturday morning.

Maya Jama and Jerry Hall are two of the biggest names leading this year’s cast as they join legendary actor Richard E. Grant and comedian Romesh Ranganathan.

After months of speculation over who could be following in the iconic footsteps of last year’s winner Alan Carr, in a quirky new trailer the 19 names were finally revealed.

Set in airport arrivals, the trailer shows a line of actors standing with the iconic roundtable chalk boards revealing the names.

Also heading to Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands are Michael Sheen, Miranda Hart, Ross Kemp, Bella Ramsey and James Blunt.

Comedians Rob Beckett, Joe Lycett, Joanna McNally and James Acaster will also be joined by Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

The line up will be completed by mathematician Hannah Fry, broadcaster Amol Rajan, Coronation Street actress Julie Hesmondhalgh, prankster King Kenny, Industry star Myha’la, Heartstopper’s Sebastian Croft and My Mad Fat Diary’s Sharon Rooney.

In the BBC’s announcement clip, people were seen holding signs at an airport with each of the celebrities names on them.

But in a hilarious nod to the show, many of the stars’ names were spelt wrong, such as ‘Rob Bucket’, ‘Miranda Heart’ and ‘Richardy Grant’.

Elsewhere one of the people holding a board had his the wrong way round – something the contestants often do during roundtables.

Sharing the clip on Instagram on Saturday, the BBC wrote: ‘Host Claudia Winkleman will welcome an eclectic mix of people and personalities ranging from BAFTA and BRIT award winners through to social media stars plus some of the UK’s most cherished actors, comedians, presenters and beyond as the celebrities question who they can and can’t really trust, figure out who deserves to be banished and try to discover which of them is plotting murder under the cover of darkness.’

But fans have a while to wait until they get to see the celebrity line-up in action as the series isn’t set to air until Autumn.

It comes just a few weeks after the show’s beloved host Claudia Winkleman revealed that the line-up for Celebrity Traitors series two had been secured.

She said she was left gobsmacked when she saw the names.

The BBC’s star-studded spinoff first aired in late 2025, with comedian Alan Carr winning as a Traitor.

In late March, Claudia appeared on The One Show to promote her newly launched BBC chat show.

She was asked whether more ‘big dogs’ were set for Celebrity Traitors, following the big names from series one.

Claudia replied: ‘There certainly are. The people who make it are extraordinary and they had to repeat the people twice to me because I was like,”Huh, are you joking? Come again.” So, we’re incredibly lucky.’

During the conversation, Claudia addressed whether famous faces were lining up to enter the castle – after the success of the first Celebrity Traitors.

She said: ‘Yeah, I hope so. We’re so grateful that people want to come and play the game.

‘And the people who said yes for series one, I still can’t believe it. I was shaking when you see Stephen Fry walking around the castle and Alan Carr, Ruth Codd, all of these people I was obsessed by.

‘I’m very excited. But I can’t say anything else, don’t make eye contact with me.’
