It comes after a tour bus crashed in upstate New York while travelling from New York City to Niagara Falls, killing five people.
The bus had traveled to the popular tourist site, on the border with Canada, for the day and was heading home when the accident took place.
Police believe the bus went into the median and overcorrected, causing the rollover crash on I-90 near Pembroke, around 25 miles east of Buffalo.
Fifty-four people were on the bus when it crashed and no children were killed, the passengers were of Indian, Chinese and Filipino origin, authorities said.
