Before she was launched into the limelight as the wife of Kanye West, Bianca Censori trained as an architect.
And now the Australian star has shocked fans after she released her wildest project yet, BIO POP (THE ORIGIN) on Thursday.
However the performance reportedly didn’t quite go as smooth as planned as she suffered a major technical blunder during the spectacle.
The first installment was livestreamed from Seoul South Korea as Bianca entered the stage in a red skintight latex bodysuit.
However while the sequence was supposed to last for 15 minutes in total, the London Evening Standard revealed the livestream accidentally revealed the entire Premiere Pro project before coming to an abrupt end 11 minutes in.
The livestream video is now unavailable, with only 15 minute video available to watch on her website.
The Daily Mail have contacted Bianca’s representatives for comment.
The exhibition was filled with ‘human furniture’ designed by Bianca, including masked doubles of herself and a highly stylised interpretation of domestic life.
While this was the first installment, the project is said to span the next seven years, concluding in 2032.
According to Bianca, the project will go on to include ‘reliquaries, confessions, sacrifices, and rebirth’ in the coming years.
The next performance CONFESSIONAL (THE WITNESS), is said to be staged next year followed by BIANCA IS MY DOLL BABY (THE IDOL).
The ambitious sequence is set to conclude in 2032 with BUBBLE (THE ASCENSION), though details of the finale remain under wraps.
Bianca has also released new pieces of jewelry inspired by medical instruments.
Looking similar to the famous Tiffany Cuff, the Speculum Cuff is on sale for $2250 and is ‘inspired by the functional contour of a medical speculum.’
Meanwhile the Scalpel Bracelet is slightly cheaper at $2,100 and is ‘inspired by the precision of a scalpel’.
Bianca made a dramatic entrance in a skin-tight magenta latex bodysuit which she teamed with pointed boots and her signature poker-straight hair with a soft fringe.
The performance opened with Bianca meticulously baking a cake in a stylised kitchen.
After removing the cake from the oven, Bianca placed the vivid red dessert on a trolley and wheeled it into a room filled with mannequin lookalikes encased in pieces of furniture.
Bianca’s younger sister Angelina, who was in the audience, documented the strange display, sharing a photo of Bianca perched on a bizarre chair constructed from one of the mannequins.
The figure’s back formed the seat, its forearms curled into armrests, and its head – eyes wide open – stared out from behind her.
A ‘human lamp’ dangled overhead, while a coffee table crafted from another mannequin sat nearby.
The press release explained how Bianca is supposed to bring her freshly baked cake to the Bianca-Censori-body-table, where she places it as ‘not nourishment but offering.
‘The furniture recalls padded medical crutches, extensions of the body that appear when it falters. Shearling, bone-colored upholstery, brushed metal frames.
‘Each piece is not passive support but an apparatus that moulds the body, turning comfort into confinement and domesticity into architecture.
‘The doubles inside the furniture become extensions of the design, collapsing the distinction between object, body, and idol.’
Bianca holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Melbourne, and later trained at DP Toscano Architects in Collingwood, Victoria.
She met Kanye after joining Yeezy -West’s clothing and apparel company – as an architectural designer, and the couple married in December 2022.
