Canadian pole vaulter and OnlyFans star Alysha Newman has landed a modelling audition with Victoria’s Secret – just days after being banned from athletics for missing a series of drug tests.
Newman, 31, missed three doping tests over a 12-month period, meaning she has received a 20-month suspension for breaking anti-doping whereabouts rules.
Despite being satisfied that she has now ended her career, the Athletics Integrity Unit stated that she should have formally announced her retirement if that is her intention, something she is yet to do.
The Olympian, who picked up a bronze medal at the 2024 Games in Paris, has balanced her sporting career with OnlyFans in recent years after going viral for celebrating her pole-vault success in the French capital by twerking.
And after seemingly bowing out from athletics, Newman has announced she is set to audition for a spot on the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
In a video on TikTok, she shared a screenshot of an email from the high-end lingerie brand confirming she had been invited to attend an in-person casting for the chance to walk in the show.

EXCLUSIVE This is why world-famous athletes are desperately flocking to OnlyFans, and why footballers are next
Newman has already worked with a number of major brands after working as a model throughout her track-and-field career, including sports apparel and footwear giant Nike, while also building a huge following on X-rated subscription site OnlyFans.
‘Whether I liked it or not, I was sexualized in the sport naturally by what I wear, and my beauty,’ she told the Daily Mail back in 2022 about her decision to join OnlyFans.
‘If I showed up in full leggings and a sports bra that covered my stomach, people would still sexualize me. I mean, it just never stops.
‘When I decided to launch OnlyFans, it was really important for me to be a part of something I could control.’
Amid her Victoria’s Secret ambition, Newman also has until August of next year – when her doping ban expires – to weigh up if she wants to return to pole vaulting again.
A whereabouts failure is an anti-doping rule violation that occurs when an athlete does not submit accurate location information or is unavailable for scheduled testing.
Athletes are required to regularly update their location using a mobile app and provide a one-hour time slot during which anti-doping testing can be conducted.
The AIU said in their verdict that Newman was unavailable for unannounced doping control visits on February 27, August 17 and August 2023 in 2025.

During the third and final visit, the AIU said Newman told a doping official ‘she had to leave immediately to participate in the filming of a television game show.’
Newman told the AIU that the missed tests ‘occurred in the context of a period of significant personal and professional change, which she described as increasingly disorganised and overwhelming.’
Her ban fell short of the typical two years because the AIU accepted she decided to quit athletics.
The AIU said this ‘is a sufficiently unique/exceptional factor that may be considered in assessing her level of fault in the matter.’
