The Swifties are on high alert, as ads for Taylor Swift’s new series of releases appear to provide details about the superstar singer’s potential forthcoming projects – with some hoping for another tour or concert film.
In promotional materials for The Life of a Showgirl, the Grammy-winning songstress, 35, tells her fans to ‘stand by’ – prompting mass speculation of what exactly they are standing by for.
Many think that the questions will be answered in quick fashion, as she’s ready to release her 12th studio album, titled The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3, with an adjacent film arriving in theaters.
In conjunction, the Fortnight singer’s team released a list of events and releases linked to the project.
Hardcore fans of the Anti-Hero artist have eyed October 4 as a potential date for another big announcement.
Also slated for the coming days include a release party; a premiere of a new music video and a corresponding lyrics clip.
Swift will be making the rounds on the talk show circuit as well, with a scheduled appearance on The Graham Norton Show.
While she’s keeping a distance from from the controversy surrounding Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she will be appearing on two other late night staples: The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and Late Night With Seth Meyers.
A notation of ‘standby’ was earmarked for Saturday, October 4, which multiple TikTok users speculated could be a project linked to her Eras Tour.
TikTok user @itstaylorwilliam said, ‘The Eras Tour documentary is coming after The Life of a Showgirl is released, and I am convinced now more than ever.
‘Spotify made it very clear that the Eras Tour stage is supposed to be a main part of this release.’
The social media user drew attention to the key-shaped stage used in the Eras Tour, speculating it could be an Easter Egg for Swifties, which Swift has been known to do in the past.
Swift has made headlines in recent months amid her engagement to three-time Super Bowl champ Travis Kelce, 35.
The Karma singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed they were getting engaged with an August 26 Instagram post that showcased five pictures of them in a romantic setting.
‘Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,’ the duo captioned the viral post. They added an emoji of a dynamite stick in a nod to their TNT moniker.
Kelce and Swift emerged as a couple less than two years ago. Swift was on hand to watch Kelce in his September 24, 2023 game against the Chicago Bears, sitting in a luxury box alongside his mother Donna.
Swift was then seen spotted taking in Kelce’s game against the New York Jets in New Jersey October 1, 2023.
She made headlines at the time bringing a group of celeb pals that included Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Sophie Turner.
