Rhian Sugden put on a sizzling display in a lilac lace bra as she showed off the results of her breast reduction surgery.

The glamour model, 38, went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size after going under the knife in June.

Rhian revealed that she underwent the reduction after her F-cup boobs began making walking ‘unbearable’.

And loving her new look, mother-of-one Rhian continued to display the incredible results on social media sharing a lingerie snap on Monday.

Rhian looked radiant in the selfie, in which she was wearing a purple racy sheer lace bra featuring tiny bows.

‘Pass me some wine to go with all this cheese,’ Rhian captioned the snap.

Sharing before and after videos of her breasts pre and post surgery last month, Rhian looked incredibly confident and happy with the results.

She wrote: ‘Love love love my boobs. No implants, just a reduction and uplift by the amazing Dr Hussain @pallmallcosmetics❤️’

In a clip posted on social media before going under the knife, Rhian revealed her nipples were in fact 11cm lower than they should have been after ‘gravity took its toll’ following the birth of her son George, one.

She said: ‘I’m a bit paranoid about that and I just can’t to wait to have them a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted, it’s so exciting.’

Rhian continued: ‘My cup size at the minute is a 34GG, I can fit into a H, and it’s just so difficult to buy a decent bra these days.

‘Bikinis, I can’t even find one to get into because my frame is so small and my boobs are so big so it’s quite difficult. My back ache, ugh, honestly I must have to get a massage like once a week to try and ease the pain and tension in my back.

‘I swim a hell of a lot and I think because my boobs are so big, when I swim my back arches up because they push out the water.

‘So even swimming is difficult for me at the moment, not to mention not being able to get into a swimsuit. Having this reduction is literally going to change my life.’

Rhian showed off the striking difference in her appearance since undergoing a breast reduction and lift surgery

The results were shared in an Instagram video last month

Despite Rhian being happier than ever with her new figure, she revealed she had been inundated with messages from trolls criticising her decision.

In an Instagram Story she hit back at her critics as she revealed she had no concern with scarring and that she couldn’t understand why anyone felt the need to comment on her decision.

She added in a cheeky quip that the comments were coming from men who were ‘never going to touch or be near her breasts’, so it didn’t concern her.

Giving an update on Instagram earlier this month post-surgery, Rhian revealed how she has already improved her swimming due to her much more ‘streamlined’ figure.

Posing for a selfie in a yellow cami, Rhian said she had ‘never felt happier’ and was feeling much more confident.

While Rhian previously shared how her husband Oliver Mellor was ‘gutted’ over her breast reduction, he’s now comparing her to Pamela Anderson.

Speaking to The Sun post-op, she beamed: ‘Oliver was a bit nervous at first because he likes big boobs and he was worried about the scarring.

‘But he can’t believe how well they’ve turned out. He’s very pleased with them. He says I look like Pammy [Anderson] again because they’re so perky.

‘They look good and they’re still a good size. A decent handful for him.’
