I died in a hotel room and learned two possible futures for humanity

I died in a hotel room and learned two possible futures for humanity,

A former paramedic from New York claims he was shown two possible futures for humanity after a sudden illness triggered a near-death experience and a meeting with his guardian angels.

Bill Tortorella was at an Arizona jewelry and gemstone show in 1994 when he rushed to help a seriously ill woman nearby who had collapsed.

By that evening, Tortorella, now 72, told the Daily Mail he became sick as well, rushing to the hospital with a swollen throat and low oxygen levels. However, he was released a day later and ultimately lost consciousness in his hotel room.

That is when Tortorella said he saw himself leave his body and journey to the afterlife, where he was greeted by three guardian angels who showed him a review of his entire life, before seeing visions of the future.

Tortorella said: ‘One was like the film Mad Max. I remember them showing me a society like that – they would kill for a jug of water. It was so bad.’

‘Then they flipped it around. They flipped it around and they took me to a different plane, a plane of like utopia that was magnificently beautiful,’ he continued.

‘There was a world of craziness, of killing and murder and destruction. And then a world of beauty, where people work in harmony and kindness and service.’

Tortorella now believes that the two outcomes he saw showed different futures for humanity – one where people do not follow God’s path, and one where they embrace  the ‘principles of enlightenment’ such as being kind.

Tortorella said the experience completely changed his life, as he lost his fear of death and became incredibly empathic towards other people.

He added that he was raised as a Catholic, but now believes that all religions are the same, and that following the path of kindness is the right way.

‘As long as you have that love in your heart and God’s in your heart, you take that kindness and service with you anywhere you go. You’re on the right path,’ Tortorella explained.

‘Now, you’ll get offered to go on the wrong path a lot in your lifetime, and it’ll take you down many different roads away from your life path. But then a lot of people find their way back before they pass on.’

Tortorella’s journey to the afterlife started after returning from the hospital in Arizona with antibiotics for the illness which was passed to him at the convention.

Before he could return to the hospital when his condition did not improve, Tortorella lost consciousness and claims his body died in his hotel room while fighting the mystery illness he contracted.

‘I never heard of a near-death experience (NDE). I didn’t know what it was,’ Tortorella said. ‘I was virtually watching myself leave my body through my eyes in this magnificent, glowing mist. It’s the color of life. It was beautiful, magnificent and fluorescent.’

‘I’m totally detached from my body, my total awareness, no more attachments. I’m floating above my body, hovering above the body, looking down upon myself at this moment. I still recognize the body as me, but I have no care anymore.’

Tortorella said that he turned into ‘complete energy’ and no longer remembered his life on Earth.

He described the feeling of being ‘complete love and light’ and was pulled towards what he describes as a ‘gateway’ and a ‘magnificent tunnel.’

The dying man called it the most ‘magnificent feeling’ in his life, and when he arrived, Tortorella said he knew he was in heaven.

‘I’m saying out loud to myself over and over and over again, thank God. Thank God. I’m home. I’m finally home.’

He then heard a voice in his ear saying: ‘Yes, Bill, you’re home. In the light of God. My name is Antonia. I am one of your guardians. I was with you on your way home.’

Tortorella told the Daily mail this spirit said he had two other guardians looking after him, named Peter and Oren.

He then heard the voice of his brother, who had died of liver cancer when Tortorella was only 15 years-old.

That was when he said he underwent a ‘life review,’ a common occurrence among those who claimed to have near-death experiences, where their entire life plays into front of them like a movie.

One moment that stood out to him was when he was a paramedic in Miami and responded to a call and found a young child with his sister, horribly injured in their car.

Tortorella remembered that she had smashed her head through the window in the crash and was holding the top of her head from falling off.

In his ‘life review,’ Tortorella said he could see the hand of Saint Peter had come down upon his own hand as he struggled to help the crash victims in the back of the ambulance.

Tortorella was then shown all the things he had done wrong, such as the pain that he had caused his child when he divorced his first wife.

His guardian angel Oren then approached, and Tortorella said he realized Oren had been his ‘intuition’ through his whole life, keeping him out of ‘the wrongs he could have gotten into.’

Finally, the three angels showed him historical events spanning from World War II to the future, including the September 11 terror attacks, although Tortorella did not realize what he was seeing at the time.

After witnessing the two possible futures for mankind, Tortorella said he was sent back to his body, although he pleaded to stay in heaven.

‘I’m being brought back. It’s almost like I’m a rag doll being pulled back in the vortex, and I’m slammed back into my body, and now I can’t move, nothing. But the only thing I could move at this time was my throat move and I can take air in,’ he recalled.

Tortorella said that he now devotes himself to making people aware of the ‘love and the light on the other side.’

‘I would say now I’m more Christian, but it doesn’t matter what religion you are, as long as you have God within your heart and you show kindness, love and service, that’s what brings you closer to the creator of the universe.’

A former paramedic from New York claims that he was shown two drastically different versions of the future and what the human race needed to do to avoid disaster.
