LIVE: Vogue Williams leads arrivals on red carpet at BAFTA TV Awards

BAFTA TV nominees have begun arriving on the red carpet for the biggest night in British television.

Adolescence’s Stephen Graham and White Lotus actress Aimee Lou Wood will be among those attending tonight’s star-studded ceremony at London’s Royal Festival Hall.

The awards will be hosted by comedian Greg Davies and feature musical performances from Cat Burns and Aurora.

Stephen’s Adolescence leads this year’s nominations with 11 nods, and the actor is up for leading actor. The ceremony will be broadcast on BBC One at 7pm.

Former TOWIE cast member Georgia Harrison tearfully paid tribute to her co-star, Jake Hall, on the red carpet, following his tragic death.

Jake was found dead by police at around 7.30am on Wednesday at a rented property in Santa Margalida, Mallorca with fatal head wounds, believed to have been caused by shards of glass after falling through a glass door.

Speaking to Daily Mail ahead of the BAFTA TV Awards, Georgia grew emotional as she said: ‘Everybody feels very deeply for his family. For the people that did know him, it’s horrifying, and for the people that don’t know him it’s still sad.’

Pausing to wipe away her tears, she added: ‘Let’s not ruin my make-up!’

A show to remember

During the ceremony, viewers will also be treated to live music performances from singers Cat Burns and AURORA.

Celebrity Traitors’ star Cat will sing her song How To Be Human, to accompany the annual In Memoriam section – honouring those we have lost.

While Norwegian singer-songwriter AURORA will perform Through the Eyes of a Child, which memorably featured at the end of BAFTA-nominated series Adolescence.

One star that won’t be making an appearance at the awards this year is fan-favourite Stacey Solomon.

The presenter sparked criticism when she shared a furious rant over her show Sort Your Life Out losing out on the Factual Entertainment prize during last year’s ceremony.

She insisted her team were ‘robbed’ of the accolade as she let rip at the BAFTA judges on Instagram, prompting backlash from fans who branded her a ‘bad loser’.

Perhaps in an attempt to avoid drama this year, Stacey has opted to skip the awards to instead soak up the sun in Miami on a lavish brand trip.

The celebrities have begun to descend on the red carpet, all dressed to the nines for the ceremony.

Leading the way are stars Vogue Williams, Scarlett Moffatt and Laura Whitmore, who are all pregnant – each proudly displaying their baby bumps in glamorous gowns.

Amanda Holden put her famous figure on display in an ab-flashing grey co-ord, with a dramatic sheer beaded skirt.

She arrived with her longtime pal Alan Carr, after the duo landed a nod in the Entertainment Performance category.
