Another round of Premier League football is on the way as we move towards the season’s thrilling finale – and Daily Mail’s popular predictor game is back for another week.

Gameweek 31 begins with Liverpool’s clash with Chelsea at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime, before two 3pm kick-offs: Brighton at home to Wolves and Manchester United’s trip to Sunderland.
At 5.30pm Manchester City look to keep their title hopes alive as they welcome Brentford, and then on Sunday Burnley host Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest host Newcastle.
A huge game at both ends of the table concludes our weekend – with title favourites Arsenal looking to take a huge step towards glory by winning away at West Ham, who need a result to try to regain the upper hand on Tottenham in the relegation dogfight.
Our expert this week is LEWIS STEELE – here is his take on the games:
I am looking forward to being at Anfield for the battle of the underperformers on Saturday lunchtime as a bad Liverpool side host an even worse Chelsea.
Both sides reached new lows last weekend as Arne Slot’s men saw bitter rivals Manchester United complete the double over them with another vulnerable performance, while poor Calum McFarlane’s side lost to Nottingham Forest’s reserves.

Anyway, I’m backing Liverpool to get back to winning ways here, which would secure Champions League football and for Chelsea to plunge further down the table. A bottom-half finish is highly possible for them after being well in the top five battle just a month ago. Awful.
Manchester City have a tough home game against Brentford after the madness of Monday night at Everton.
Pep Guardiola once described playing the Bees as ‘like going to the dentist’ – they make it uncomfortable for you and I can remember them giving City a game several times over the years.
Saturday will be no different so I think it will be tight – but I am going with a City win.
That will put the pressure on Arsenal at the London Stadium on Sunday. If the Gunners win that then the Premier League is theirs, in my opinion. How funny that West Ham will have a huge say in the fortunes of both Arsenal and Tottenham this season.
If it was at Upton Park, I would have fancied Nuno Espirito Santo’s men to make it hard for the champions elect with that raucous atmosphere and narrow pitch – but I can’t see it here so I am going with Arsenal to win.
Brighton host Wolves and I fancy the Seagulls to put a poor performance last week behind them to reignite their European charge.
I fancy Manchester United to go away to Sunderland and win. Regis Le Bris’s men have had some OK results recently, such as in the Tyne-Wear derby and beating Tottenham – but I think the Black Cats’ bubble has well and truly burst and they could be in a relegation battle next year.
Finally, there are a pair of Sunday games involving the Europa League semi-finalists from the Midlands. I fancy Aston Villa to win at Burnley and Nottingham Forest to beat Newcastle at home.
