Supermodel Carolyn Murphy was a massive star in the 1990s who graced the cover of Vogue often.
The 51-year-old looker, who dates movie star Will Arnett, worked for Calvin Klein, was the face of Estee Lauder and mingled with A-list cover girls like Kate Moss.
The mannequin often posed topless, including for the DKNY Spring 1996 Ready to Wear runway show in 1995 in New York City.
Last week Murphy turned up on the red carpet at The Daily Front Row’s 10th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards at The Beverly Hills Hotel.
The avid surfer, who lives in Southern California, looked half her age in a slimming white dress with a fresh tan. See her now.

When chatting to Marie Claire last year, she commented on her looks.
‘The catch all about getting older, and much of one’s perspective on life in general, is a lot of it is in the mind!’ wrote the pal of Kate Moss in an Instagram caption as she shared a photo of the glamorous cover.
She added, ‘We are more powerful than we give ourselves credit for.’
Murphy then focused on being 50: ‘I turned 50 this past summer and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more excited about this next phase of my life.’
She continued: ‘People ask me “what’s your secret” to aging and my answer is never linear and we all know that what works for one, might not work for another.’
The magazine star then admitted that she has her own tricks in her beauty bag.
‘Yes I have access to the best potions and health hacks but it’s so much more than that,’ said the Vogue model.

In 1998, Murphy was named VH1/Vogue’s Model of the Year (pictured in 1996 walking at an Anna Sui show)
She did not name her ‘potions’ but the Estee Lauder model has said in the past she uses Cetaphil and the Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion.
She also told Vogue in 2017 that she loves bone broth, eats a ton of vegetables and enjoys healthy snacks like almond butter.
And she is an avid surfer.
Turns out, she goes out of her way to make herself happy, too.
‘I will say that, the obvious answers aside, taking care of my mental and emotional state has always been a priority,’ admitted Carolyn.
‘I commit to following my intuition in decision making (which gets better as you age) and I make time to feed my soul (sometimes to people’s dismay because I’m not always out there and available),’ she shared.
‘I’ve followed, committed to and shared in the path of wellness for three decades,’ added the Los Angeles resident, who lost her house in the fires in January.

One of her biggest contracts was with Estee Lauder
‘That’s not without some fallbacks and challenges of course, the past two years being the most intense (more on that another time).’
‘This shoot and feature story in particular for Marie Claire was commemorating all of the above,’ she said of her new magazine cover.
‘Nothing makes me more happy than doing what I love and talking about what I love (with the added bonus in doing it with friends I love). Thank you to the entire team and intention behind this one.’
She got her start in the 1990s. In 1998, Murphy was named VH1/Vogue’s Model of the Year.

And she tried out acting too, playing Dubbie in Barry Levinson’s film Liberty Heights.
She was one of the ‘Modern Muses’ on the November 1999 millennium cover of American Vogue. And she was the star of Calvin Klein perfume’s ads for Contradiction.
The looker found more fame when she was featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2005 and 2006.
Murphy has since shot campaigns for Missoni, Versace and Tiffany & Co.
In July 2012, Murphy was hired to replace Angela Lindvall as host of Project Runway All Stars on Lifetime, after Rosie Huntington-Whiteley dropped out for a film project.
The 5ft9in Florida native was married to Jake Schroeder from 1999 until 2002. Together they have a child named Dylan Blue.
