Tess Daly, 57, shows off her age-defying looks in a plunging swimsuit

Tess Daly looked incredible in a blue and white swimsuit as she posed for stunning Instagram snaps on a lavish holiday.

The former Strictly Come Dancing host, 57, showcased her age-defying figure in the high-leg one-piece and a matching £155 long sleeved minidress.

‘Away for a few days, wearing @naia_beach on repeat’, she captioned her post.

During the family holiday, Tess’ lookalike daughter Phoebe posed in a pink bikini as she shared photos to Instagram this week.

Phoebe, 21, showed off her amazing figure in the £150 pink floral two-piece from her mum’s brand Naia Beach as she soaked up the sun during the island getaway. 

The stunner added a matching £89 sarong over the eye-catching bikini as she posed up a storm at the beach, leaning against a large palm tree by the ocean. 

Phoebe, who moved to the States earlier this year, later stripped off and enjoyed a cool dip in the ocean during the day at the beach. 

Tess shares Phoebe and daughter Amber Isabella, 16, with TV star husband Vernon Kay. 

Phoebe wrote: ‘The best few days in Island paradise with my family. Wearing some of the best @naia_beach pieces, the most beautiful collection’. 

Tess re-shared her glamorous daughter’s post and penned: ‘Seeing your eldest daughter wearing your brand!’ 

Last week, Tess showed off her age-defying figure in skintight gymwear as she gave an insight into her fitness regime on Instagram.

The presenter, who celebrated her 57th birthday last month, looked stunning in the purple patterned co-ord from her own brand, Naia Beach.

Tess captioned the post: ‘Came for a workout and stayed for a stretch – small moments in the day to reset. Sometimes it’s a workout, sometimes it’s a walk, sometimes it’s literally just taking a minute to stretch and slow down.

‘That’s really what inspired @naia_beach activewear; pieces you can throw on that support you through all of it, whatever your routine looks like that day.’

Tess celebrated her 57th birthday and looked as youthful as ever as she shared a glimpse at the big day on her Instagram.

The former Strictly presenter was treated to cake and champagne and was lavished with gifts from her friends and family.

Her post showed her posing with her beautifully decorated white chocolate cake as she looked naturally stunning in a casual ensemble.

Tess also shared a look at her many cards from her friends and family, while she also enjoyed a swanky dinner out at Bob Bob Ricard in Mayfair where they have their famous ‘press for champagne’ buttons at each table.

She penned in the caption of her post: ‘Any excuse for cake & bubbles.’
