Ronan Keating’s ex-wife Yvonne Connolly marries her fiancé of 14 years

Ronan Keating’s ex wife Yvonne Connolly has married her fiancé John Conroy in a romantic New York ceremony.

TV presenter and model Yvonne, 52, shares her three children with Boyzone singer Ronan, 49, including Love Island star Jack, 27, and daughters Missy, 25, and Ali, 20. 

The trio were all in the wedding party alongside John’s six children, coordinating in black looks.

Yvonne has been dating John for 14 years, beginnng a romance with the cameraman turned cinematographer two years after her 2010 split from Ronan.

Sharing photos of the Central Park ceremony on Instagram, Yvonne looked stunning in a gown by Irish designer Róisín Linnane.

She revealed her daughter Missy was the wedding planner as the paid tribute to her blended family and new husband in the gushing post. 

‘I married the love of my life today in New York City enveloped by our 9 children,’ Yvonne wrote.

‘Tears of joy and happiness have been shed and our true love celebrated. 14 years together and I love you more and more everyday

Yvonne added: ‘You are the most beautiful, kind, funny, intelligent, talented man and I am blessed to now call you my husband. Here’s to Forever my Darling.’

In another post, Yvonne shared more photos and revealed there had been one hitch on her way to the altar, which saw her dtich the vintage Rolls Royce she had hired for the day in favour of the NYC subway. 

‘Having all of our grown up (disputable) kids there made the day,’ Yvonne wrote.

‘Shout out to for Missy Keating for organising the perfect wedding. The day went with out a hitch besides grid lock traffic due to a march.’

‘We had to get out of the car and run to the subway to make the ceremony in Central Park. It couldn’t have been more NY!!

‘I felt a million dollars, bursting with happiness!’

In the early years of their romance Yvonne told Goss.ie that she and John are ‘madly in love’.

‘We’re completely and absolutely in love but he’s in London all the time and I’m here, he’s six kids, I’ve three kids and it works but we’re not in each others pockets,’ she gushed.

‘There’s no neediness or anything like that, he does his thing, I do my thing and we support each other.’

Ronan and Yvonne married on the Caribbean island of Nevis in 1998 after a whirlwind romance.

The pair had been dating for just a few months when they wed but Yvonne had helped him cope after his beloved mother Marie passed away.

While they appeared to have an idyllic marriage, Yvonne was left heartbroken in 2010 when Ronan embarked on an affair with backing dancer Francine Cornell.

Yvonne allegedly first discovered the infidelity when she found texts on a secret phone belonging to the singer.

While she initially threw Ronan out, she gave him a second chance but the couple split for good in 2011.

Ronan is now married to TV producer Storm Uechtritz and they have two children together. 

Yvonne and Ronan became grandparents for the first time three years ago when their son Jack welcomed his daughter Maya.
