Bikini-clad Kelly Brook showcases her curves

Kelly Brook showcases her curves in bikini-clad Instagram snaps as she revealed she has ‘a clean bill of health’ following a £2,395 early detection MRI scan.

The model, 46, looked sensational in the patterned two-piece as she playfully frolicked in the sea.

In other shots, she shared moments of some of the most challenging activities that have pushed her beyond her limits.

One photo saw Kelly preparing to jump out of a helicopter for a sky dive during her time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

She also shared a picture of herself celebrating after she took part in a public race with her husband, Jeremy Parisi and a few snaps of her healthy meals.

Kelly also posted a sweet snap of her and Jeremy enjoying a nice walk in the park during a sunny day.

Alongside her post, she penned: ‘Health is Wealth. With the ever increasing awareness of how our lifestyles catch up with us in later years, it’s no wonder Health Anxiety is on the incline.

‘I wake up everyday thinking how I can better my life, my health the world around me it’s a constant thought and as we get older it becomes increasingly clear how fortunate you are if you have a healthy mind & body and are able do the things you love. 

‘I think for this reason I like to challenge myself more and more as I get older. Skydiving and running the London Marathon were all things on my to do list last year and how fortunate I am to even be able to do these things. 

‘I love cooking wholesome foods for my Husband ( and Dog ) like Chicken Broths, High protein snacks and drizzling everything in Parisi Olive Oil. 

‘I love spending time with my husband and walking my dog. Having a Happy work / Life balance is key in reducing stress and I just feel so much gratitude the older I get. 

‘I was lucky enough that @ezrainc invited Jeremy and I to have a Ezra MRI Scan in London a few weeks ago.

‘Early detection is key to longevity and at 46 Years old I thought it time to be pro active and take responsibility for my own health.

It comes after the stunning TV and radio star recently revealed she was offered a weight-loss jab before heading into the I’m A Celeb jungle last year.

Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly said: ‘I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn’t that insane?’

She added: ‘I said, ‘What do I need that for?’

‘He said ‘everyone’s on it’ and I’m like ‘Well, I’m not’. I said, ‘What are the side effects?’, he was like, ‘There aren’t any’.

‘There was a whole conversation, but I don’t comply. He knows I don’t comply because they try and give me all sorts of things. I know what I like.’

While discussing surgical procedures and tweakments, Kelly admitted she wasn’t averse to some ‘intervention’ here and there, but she draws the line at using weight-loss jabs.

She said: ‘I love my facials, massage, I have a little Botox because I frown a lot. I do do things, but when it comes to my body, I’m really precious about my body.

‘I love my body, I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year, and I’m 45 years old.

‘My body has got me through so many things, and I just love my curves, my husband loves my curves.

‘I just think it’s unfortunate that women feel the need to change who they are.’

Kelly and her smitten husband married in 2022 and have since starred together in La Vita Italiana, a three-part mini-series for ITV’s This Morning.

The series followed Kelly as she adapted to life at Jeremy’s family home and farm in Arpino.
