This is the shocking moment that Hillary Clinton stormed out of her deposition on Jeffrey Epstein after learning a lawmaker had taken a surreptitious photo of her.
‘I’m done with this,’ Hillary yelled after her lawyer informed the House Oversight Committee that the image was circulating online.
‘If you guys are doing that, I am done. You can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home. This is just typical behavior,’ Hillary shouted.
Republican lawmaker Lauren Boebert sounded panicked as she admitted that she took a photo before the hearing began and promised Hillary: ‘I will take that down.’
‘It doesn’t matter, we all are abiding by the same rules,’ Hillary shrieked at Boebert, banging her fist on the table and pointing at the Republican.
The former secretary of state stood up and stormed out of the room as the cameras were quickly cut off. The hearing resumed within an hour.
It is strictly prohibited for lawmakers or witnesses to take pictures inside a closed-door congressional testimony.
The House Oversight Committee released the deposition video on Monday after Hillary’s explosive testimony last Thursday. She and her husband Bill Clinton were dragged to a performing arts center near their home in Chappaqua, New York, to answer questions over their relationship with Epstein.
Hillary told the committee repeatedly that she did not know Epstein and had only met her co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell on a few occasions.
‘I do not recall ever meeting Jeffrey Epstein,’ she told lawmakers under oath.
She said that ahead of the hearing she was informed that Epstein had attended an event organized by the White House Historical Association.
‘That’s the only time that I’m aware of that I might have possibly been in the same room with him,’ Hillary said.
There is a photo of Epstein and Maxwell meeting Bill Clinton at a White House Historical Association event in 1993.
