Jamie Laing gave fans a glimpse inside parenthood with his wife, Sophie Habboo, on Saturday, sharing an Instagram vs reality post.

The TV personality, who shares two-month-old son Ziggy with his wife, 31, reminded followers not to ‘believe everything you see,’ posting a glamorous red carpet clip of Sophie alongside candid moments of them adjusting to life as new parents.

At the beginning of the video, Sophie stunned in a strapless lace gown as she posed up a storm inside their hotel ahead of the BAFTAs, before hitting the red carpet.

The clip then transitioned to Sophie in the hospital, looking every inch the doting mother, cradling her newborn son, Ziggy, in her arms.

In another clip, Jamie can be seen multitasking during date night, holding Ziggy in his arms as he tucked into his food, while another clip showed the star setting up his son’s pram for a walk.

Meanwhile, in other sweet late-night clips, Sophie and Jamie can be seen rocking their son to sleep.

He captioned the post: ‘Don’t believe everything you see.’

It comes after the couple shared adorable family snaps with their baby son as they gave a look into their upcoming Disney+ parenthood documentary.

It was revealed last year that they are bringing their journey to becoming parents to screens in a docuseries exploring everything from Sophie’s pregnancy to balancing their busy professional lives.

And taking to Instagram earlier this month, Jamie seemed to hint that baby Ziggy will also make an appearance in the series.

Sharing an array of snaps dubbed the ‘Ziggy files’, Sophie and Jamie were seen beaming at each other while holding their son in a black-and-white snap.

Elsewhere, Sophie was seen staring adoringly at her baby boy as she cradled him on the sofa.

Meanwhile, Jamie was seen cooking up a storm in the kitchen with his son strapped to his chest.

Speaking about their upcoming series last year, Jamie and Sophie said: ‘For nearly a decade, we’ve brought audiences along the highs and lows of our personal and professional lives through TV, radio, social media and our podcasts.

‘It’s such an honour to now partner with the incredible teams at Disney+ and Dorothy St Pictures to bring our next chapter to viewers across the globe.

‘Navigating our lives with a baby on the way has opened up a whole new stage of our relationship – we can’t wait to give you a front row seat!’

The series was commissioned by Sean Doyle, Executive Director and is produced by Dorothy St Pictures in association with Jampot Productions.

Earlier this month, Jamie poked fun at his ‘dad bod’ in a funny clip with his baby son, after sparking backlash with his ‘superwoman’ post about his wife Sophie.

In a fun clip posted to Instagram, Jamie joked that his new figure was ‘incoming’ after being berated by his wife Sophie for complaining about ‘missing’ his pre-baby figure.

The video showed the star holding his son with the caption: ‘I missed how my body looked before you.’

But the camera then cut to an unimpressed Sophie, with the words: ‘What you talking about, you’re his Dad, get your a*s to the gym.’

Jamie aptly captioned his post: ‘Dad bod era incoming.’
