Maura Higgins has proven to be a hit with fans in the states as she made her glamorous debut on The Traitors US on Thursday.
The Irish reality TV star, 35, shot to fame on Love Island UK back in 2019 and has since taken on a number of reality gigs across the pond in a bid to crack America.
And her latest stint on The Traitors US is already looking like a success as fans heaped praise on the glamorous star.
Just one episode in, Maura has vowed to bring the drama with a ‘devious’ strategy to take down her co-stars one by one.
Scottish actor Alan Cumming, who hosts the Peacock show, revealed Candiace Dillard Basset, Lisa Rinna and Rob Rausch as the season 4 Traitors.
Like the UK version, one secret Traitor is set to be revealed in episode three – with Maura, who has shared her hopes of being a traitor, secretly hoping it will be her.

Ahead of the episode, Maura teased: ‘Well, I’m starting off wearing a cape. So… I’m hoping I’m a Traitor and I hope to kill everyone one by one.
‘If someone comes for me at the round table, God love them. Sounds a bit traitor-y to me. I speak my mind. I’m not really a shadow kind of girl.’
Laughing, she concluded by asking: ‘That sounded really devious, didn’t it?’
Maura wowed in leggy black hotpants as she joined her co-stars in West Hollywood for the launch show viewing party.
In June 2025, it was reported that Maura had agreed to appear on The Traitors US in her bid to crack America.
A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Maura is becoming a huge star across the pond and her slot on The Traitors is just part of that. The future is bright – and has stars and stripes.’
Having shot to stardom during series five of Love Island alongside Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague, Maura first appeared on American television in 2023.
She made her return to Love Island becoming the social media presenter for Love Island USA and the Love Island Games.
Just a year later, Maura bagged the role as host of Love Island USA: Aftersun, becoming an instant hit with viewers.
