The actress, 28, stepped onto the red carpet in a glitzy low-cut gown that drew eyes to her ample bust.
The stunning corset gown was covered in sparkly rhinestone jewels and flowed to the floor with a modest train.
For an Old Hollywood feel, Sweeney draped a dramatic white feather boa around her as she strolled past photographers.
Despite recently debuting a chic bob haircut, Sweeney returned to her signature long, blonde hair for the night thanks to curly extensions.
She was joined at the soiree by her The Housemaid co-star Amanda Seyfried.
As for her makeup, the Euphoria star made her blue eyes pop with black eyeliner and frosty white eyeshadow.
Her lips were painted a glossy pink shade that matched the flush on her cheeks.
Despite her recent controversies, Sweeney looked to be enjoying her time in the spotlight as she stole the show outside 787 on Seventh, where the premiere screening was held.
Missing from Sweeney’s side was her billionaire boyfriend Scooter Braun, 44, who she began dating over the summer following her split from fiance Jonathan Davino, 42.
After getting in her solo shots, Sweeney cozied up to Seyfried, who looked ethereal in a floor-length baby pink gown.
The Mean Girls star, 39, accessorized with a diamond choker necklace and wore her silky blonde hair in loose waves à la 1940s starlet Veronica Lake.
The stars play bitter rivals in the upcoming thriller film based on the popular book series by author Freida McFadden.
The Housemaid, which hits theaters on December 19, follows a ‘struggling woman [Sweeny]’ who ‘is happy to start over as a housemaid for an affluent, elite couple [Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar],’ according to IMDb.
It is the first of three installments in McFadden’s Housemaid book series.
Sweeney and Seyfried were joined at Tuesday’s premiere by their co-stars Brandon Sklenar and Michele Morrone as well as The Housemaid director Paul Feig.
Also in attendance were Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga.
