I’m A Celebrity viewers watched in disbelief as the homesick stars broke down in tears on Tuesday night’s episode after receiving family photos.

Fans took to X to vent their fury, after Kelly Brook, 45, and Lisa Riley, 49, sobbed over missing their loved ones after just three days in the jungle.

Shona McGarty, Jack Osbourne, Eddie Kadi and Lisa took part in a Dark Room Challenge where they had the opportunity to win a photo from home for each of the ten campmates.

After braving critters in the pitch black, the team managed to successfully identity a series of photographs.

Kelly was overcome with emotion when she was handed a photo of her husband Jeremy Parisi and dog Teddy, with Lisa received one of her family.

Meanwhile, Ruby Wax showed off her lighthearted side and chose to bring in a photo of her two cats over one of her family.

‘ITV have really misjudged the audience by having these photos from home this early in the series…’;

‘They can’t be away for 3 weeks from their families without having pictures etc FFS I’ve had longer holidays abroad without seeing family & friends for months, get a grip!’;

‘They have been in the jungle for three days, but you would think it’s been three months judging by how they are reacting to photos. Not to mention the nice paychecks they are getting!’;

‘You know if I was in the jungle and you gave me family photos that early I’d be sending them back. I go on holidays longer than they’ve been in the jungle for a break away from them’;

‘Not being funny, but they’re barely over jet lag, and they’re sobbing over family photos. I’ve been on longer business trips’.

Elsewhere in the show, Alex Scott revealed a huge personal update about her relationship with Jess Glynne.

The former Lioness, 41, has been romantically involved with singer Jess, 36, since summer 2023.

The star shared: ‘I think before her, I never knew happiness.’

This prompted Ruby to ask how the couple first met, to which Alex replied: ‘She approached me in Chiltern Firehouse…

‘I was in there with my friends and she just walked up to me… [it was] really ballsy and I was like, I like your ballsiness, and then the spark was just instant and then yeah…we fell madly in love.’

Continuing, Ruby then queried whether marriage would be on the cards for Alex and Jess.

Alex responded: ‘I will get married to her, just waiting for her to ask, Rubes!’

The three also discussed social anxiety, with Alex saying that she goes ‘inwards in myself in big groups.’

She spoke of how Jess encouraged her to come out of herself and ‘show them what I see everyday’.
